Consolidated event announcements
We run 3-5 events per week, so using the scheduled event email blasts are not an option as we would be bombarding people with emails all the time.
What would be great if we could consolidate all of the events in a single email and send that as a newsletter. I imagine it being something like the events list that could be inserted into the email like a widget or gadget.
Is there a way to do something like this currently?

Different durations for the same membership level
Now that WA can accommodate memberships of different lengths (in years), we want to offer a menu of options such as 1 year, 2 year and 5 year membership lengths.
Right now, everyone who is a member has a 1 year membership.
It looks like I could add 2 and 5 year memberships which NEW members could sign up for, but I don't see how to offer my current members the option to renew for longer at their next renewal date. When they renew, it's automatically going to be for 1 year.

Enable Proxy Voting for formal Votes (boards)
Allow Proxy Voting on Polls
We want to use the Poll feature for Board votes, but sometimes a board member can't go online but gives their Proxy to the Board Secretary to Vote on their behalf. So, we need Admin access to add Votes on behalf of specific Voters, without having to Login to their user account. The Proxy vote on behlf of a designated Voter should be registered to that User Account and record Who (which User with Admin priv. cast the Proxy Vote).22 votes -

importing donations
We need to be able to import a list of donations from a spreadsheet. We collect a lot of donations by check, and entering them one at a time is time consuming and prone to error. Thanks.

Registration Type for Guests too
The system needs to allow for choosing registration type for a guest. Currently guests pay the same price as registrants or special price. It would be easiest to handle Families using the guest feature (no repeated contact info or memberhsip, etc.).

change theme colors
I'd like a simple way to change the default colors of a theme. For example, I like everything about a particular theme, except for the 2 shades of blue that are used (I'd like to match them to my existing logo). It would be great if there was an easy way to change this in the whole site, rather than using Colors and Styles and CSS to change the blues wherever I find them.

address validation
Our contacts common fields contains mailing address. It is important that the addresses entered be legal, that is, conform to USPS standards.
We need access to a process which both validates entered postal addresses and replaces ill-formed addresses with the conforming address.

Event eMail Templates
Could you add the Event leader (name, telephone and email) to the macro list for event email templates. I'd like to see users who sign up to be told to "Please contact <event leader> at <event leader's phone #> or via email at <event leader's email> in the default event confirmation process. I'm aware I can add that individually for each event created.

Displaying web page images on social media
I regularly experience problems sharing pages on social media, as images (so important on social media) either do not display, or I'm unable to select which of several images on the page displays. I would love to have the web pages more social media friendly for promoting our events and blog posts.

Leadership Gadget
I would love to have a gadget to display the names/titles of our association's leadership - for example, to appear as a side bar on a page. I realize I could use a Content Gadget to create such a list but since this is probably something that most (all?) groups that use Wild Apricot would like, it would be nice to save all of us from having to duplicate that design effort. It would also be great if that gadget could also be incorporated into a newsletter template.

Upload images the right side up
Read the EXIR file so that images are uploaded right side up. Apple reads the file, Wild Apricot should as well.
It is unacceptable for Wild Apricot to make necessary for its customers/members to spend money and time, essentially doing the work that Wild Apricot should have done and can do, hence read the EXIR file.
If you had a photo load upside down, it is because Wild Apricot is not reading the EXIR file.
Why should I do your work for you and get charged a fee?

Allow me to move a gadget to another page
I have gadgets which I show for a while and then remove, and later bring back. It would be great if I could move this to another page as a place to save it, rather than having to re-write and re-configure a gadget each time I want to bring it back.

Photo Album - Storage Management or more space
For some organizations the photo albums are essential but difficult to manage. Creatives need the ability to share their works in images, but may not be capable of managing their storage use effectively. And there are no built-in tools for the administrators to monitor or manage storage use effectively.
A quota for storage that could be set at the membership level (and perhaps overridden at the member level for special cases) would help to let members self-manage their storage use.
Reporting of storage use by member would also be of benefit to the administrators. Perhaps there is already a tool…

Chart of Accounts export to QuickBooks
An additional level of detail beyond “class” or replacing "class" that could associate with the Chart of account codes set up in quickbooks would save time and errors by identifying income categories automatically. I assign a general ledger account code to each invoice/payment to coordinate with the bookkeeper in the notes field that must be read manually. Could a separate field be available that QB would recognize on import.

Tracking donations with other member activity
Hi- as far as I can tell we are not able to pull into one document (other than a statement) all of a member's activity such as their donations, events and membership. Each silo has that information, but it isn't aggregated into one document we can use for fundraising purposes. Nor it is seemingly possible to combine that information from all members.
Donations reports only give sums, and isn't a detail list.
We are both a member organization as well as dependent on fundraising-and I am not sure that I can gather into one place the fundraising info I need.…

Credit Memo for Invoice
Can this be done?
We have an event - it's cost is $450. member signs up, invoice is produced and the member pays $450. - nice and clean
Then, for a host of reasons, the cost is reduced at a later date by $80 and a refund check is issued. I want to issue a credit memo for the $80 so the member has this on their account and then we record the refund check issued and the account is back in balance.
The net revenue for this event is $370.
How can we do this?
