Reset password from mobile app. Admin app.
If you log out and can't remember your password, the app has no 'reset your password' option. It's unclear and inconvenient to go to the website and use it from there.

Email Calendar
a calendar that is a visual summary of all scheduled emails that are being generated by events automatically. This is so we can time the sending of other emails manually, as well as social media posts, to give our membership space without sending too many emails/messages on the same day.

Pre-warning to admin before renewals go out
It would be nice if admin received notification, before renewals are auto-sent out. A day or two warning would be enough, just to be able to look over the email that is sent, review pricing, etc. That way, you can still utilize the auto-send features that WA uses for renewals, but it also gives you a moment to review things before they are sent.

Permit changing the font size for member Profile system pages
The font size for the Contact profile and Member public profile system pages is too small for some of our older members, but I cannot figure out how to make it bigger.
The default font size for the website's text is 18, while the font size for the profile system pages appears to be about 10--much too small.
Wild Apricot support suggests I edit the associated CSS, and while I'm experienced with CSS, I do not see any way of accessing it for these system pages; in fact, I'm not sure they employ CSS at all. Thank you.

support csv output formats that can be imported to QBO. The QBO record types are Customers, Invoicdes, Journal Entries, Products and Servicses, VendorsWithout this MODERN feature, I am forced to manually reconfigure the QB output format for QBO input. Too bad QB changed its format, but they made it simpler... goodness

New Site Builder Needed
Will there be more updated builder any time soon? I can code decently but the ease of use from builders featured in Wix, SquareSpace, NetSuite, all systems I have used, allow for faster site building and updates, more options without having to constantly overwrite css files. It will save hours if not days of manual work.
Any hope for While Apricots site builder to enter the new century any time soon? Current processes and features are wildly outdated. I mean the base templates alone look like they were last updated in the early 2000s if not the 90s.

Block specific emails for creating contacts
We recently had a public event and a non member registered and paid to attend. They wanted their money back since they could not attend. Our policy is no refunds and clearly states this on our event. Well they decided to claim fraud with their credit card company. Which was not true since they were mad they could not get their money back. Would like to be able to block them from registering for any events. Seems simple to block emails, why can't WA have this function?

Allow Editing Name of and Add Description Space to Event, Individual Sessions
We are a hiking club that offers 4 hikes a day (by ability level), 2 days a week. Currently we use a TeamUp Calendar to post hike descriptions and pre-sign up hikers and have embedded it on our homepage. But TeamUp doesn't provide a unique ID for each user or allow Admin to store Wild Apricot IDs so there's no data interface.
If we could edit each Event Session Name and add a description to each, we could set up a series of group hikes by day.If you have any other solution - let me know.

Add Header Image Option to Event Fields
Images can be posted in the description, which is great. But it would be nicer if there was a Header Image upload or link feature where the image doesn't need to be embedded in the description. That way, the image can be formatted at the top of the event, and the description below it.
This enables being able to edit the description in the mobile admin app, which is tricky with events that have the image at the beginning of the description. It then also standardizes the location of the image and make it consistent across all events.

Default Setting Discrepancy for "Include Name in list of event registrants" Checkbox
We’ve noticed an inconsistency in the default setting for the “Include name in list of event registrants” option.
On the website: Checked by default for event registrations. Unchecked by default for waitlist registrations.
On the app: Checked by default for both event and waitlist registrations.
To be consistant across platforms and reduce anonymous registrations when members are moved from the waitlist to the event list, could you update the default for the waitlist checkbox to be checked? We would really appreciate it if this could be done.2 votes -
multiple values for some queries
When doing a search of members, there are some values that you cannot select multiple options for in the same query. This would be beneficial so you don't have to do multiple queries on the same field.

Fix unexpected behavior of "Back" links when browsing member photo albums
When browsing an image in a member's photo album, clicking the link "<< All album photos" will take me back to the thumbnail view of the images in the album, however, if I then click the "Back" link, it returns me to the image I was just browsing, and not to the member profile page as expected.

image linking to original
When a new event is created and an image is added, you can click on the image and in the settings there is an option where you can link to the original. This is useful because if the image is moved from one folder to another the link is maintained.
This functionality does not exist when you are creating an email and insert an image. You can insert a link but can't link it to the original. Can this be included for email images?

Calculate Member's Tenure from Joining Date
We need a field that calculates the tenure of a member from their joining date. This is crucial for competitions where members are grouped based on their tenure. You can check through this calculator : https://yashesaplama.com.tr/ (e.g., 5 years and above).
This field should support queries such as "Tenure > n years".
Additionally, we require an enhancement to determine the member's tenure on a specific date. This is necessary for events where we need to know the member's tenure as of a closing date for entries.

Customize timeout to cancel registration if payment is not made immediately
Currently the option to cancel a registration if payment is not made has a 15 minute limit. We would like the ability to change that to 24 hrs.

Better email client support for multi column layouts
In recreating MailChimp templates in WA I noticed that multi column MailChimp layouts that work fine in all email clients tested are displayed as one column when recreated in WA. e.g. Roundcube Web Mail, GMA Web Mail, and Thunderbird. Would like to ask that the code behind these templates is fixed for better support for more mail clients such as these.

Display Events in search results in chronological order
Search of events does not bring them up in chronological order and there is no way to filter the search.

Integrated Spell Checker should be included in service
For a paid service that is used to communicate with members, the ability to spell check email notices should be considered a basic capability of the WA service. I should not require customers to use a third-party add-on for their browser.
Spelling errors in communications can damage an organization's credibility and Wild Apricot should consider this a basic feature that helps its customers. In 2024, this should not be an optional feature.

Wild Apricot App Reports - We need the ability to view if event attendees are downloading the WA app. This if an efficiency issue.
Whenever we have an event, we request the attendees download the WA App for the check-in process. We need to be more efficient with check-in as our organization and attendance grows. Please consider a feature where we can have reports to know if this is working.
