automatic emails sent by system are not in the email log
When the system sends an automatic mass email such as a Renewal Reminder to all members, the email sent should be logged in the Email log just like manual mass emails. This would allow us to see if there were any failures in the automatic distribution. We should also have the Resend to Failures functionality to resend to members that did not receive the initial automatic distribution.

I’ve bumped into the same headache, and having those automated messages show up in the log would make life so much easier, especially for chasing down failed sends. I’ve been using an https://www.inboxally.com on the side to keep my sender reputation healthy, and it’s helped me spot when issues are on my end versus the system’s. A simple “resend to failures” button would save so much back-and-forth guesswork.

I came across this older discussion and wanted to add that having those automated emails show up in the log would make troubleshooting so much easier. I’m curious if anyone has found a workaround, even a partial one, for tracking failed renewals. Has support given any updates on whether “resend to failures” is on their radar?
