    I recently sent the following to Support. "Some time ago, i asked for a way to include a mandatory field for event entrants to agree to terms before being able to proceed, as in most other websites. I see there has now been a category added for that in entry types. There is however a problem with this. If you add a link to a page to open with the details, it takes you out of WA to your browser, and no way to accept the conditions then have it reurn you straight back the entry area you were in,…

  2. Make "view only" fields visible on membership applications/level changes.

    Make "view only" fields visible on membership applications/level changes. We have a situation where members must buy stock, and have an option to purchase in in three annual installments. I wanted to show what their last stock installment payment was on their registration, but the view only field only shows up for renewals, not level changes, so it doesn't work for my members that are changing levels, which results in frequent errors to their stock purchase selections.   3. Report of all income

    I need to be able to generate a report which gives me the TOTAL amount received from a SINGLE member, including donations and receipts from invoices. The only reports I can find only sort by category. The reason is that we are a 501c3 and all contributions are considered to be donations, even those which are payments for membership fees. It would be great if I could see how much every member has paid on the member page, but that page only shows total DONATIONS.     I want to be able to add members manually after an event where they have paid for their membership. Short of having them fill out a form with all of the required data, is there a way of initiating a membership using just a name and e-mail address, then require the new member to fill out all of the required fields when they first log on?

  5. Event Registration Auto-cutoff

    Event Registration Automatic Cutoff - I would love a way to automatically cutoff registration for an event. There could be a checkbox "Would you like us to automatically cutoff public registration at a certain time?" and then a timed box to put in that time. Admins would still be able to register people on the back end. This would allow us to tell the venue the numbers, make the nametags, and then charge at-the-door prices for those that come at the door. Thanks for making this and your other great ideas happen!

  6. Give bundles names, allow bundle admins to manage more than 1 bundle

    Great software btw. We have a need for:
    1) bundles to be able to be given a name, 2) a bundle administrator under a membership category to manage more than one bundle and that bundle administrator to be able to shift bundle members from one bundle to another.

  7. More features for HOA

    Now using 4 systems for email, website, employees, work orders. Need one system for all of this. I like what I see on Wild Apricot but it doesn’t have time/attendance nor work order features. Are these in the pipeline? Any possibility of getting them? Thanks

  8. Badge Print option with ability design layout AND logo

    PLEASE add a name badge print option from this software.
    CVent had functionality that let the user pick a font and create a layout that would include a logo.

  9. Admin app - sort order for events

    Please reverse the sort order for events on the mobile admin app so I can easily/quickly see what's happening next. Currently, when I get to the Events screen, I can choose "All events", "Upcoming events", "Past events", and all of my event tags. If I click on the "Upcoming events" it shows me what's coming up next, but if I click on one of my event tags, it shows me the list in reverse order starting with the event farthest into the future. I would much prefer to see these in upcoming order. Please make that the default, or give…

  10. scheduled emails

    Please add an option to schedule the time that your email is sent as well as the date. The Grace Period Renewal email to lapsed members was sent at 12:08 am and annoyed our members who get email alerts on their phones.

  11. Select date for a credit card pymt to start

    When you set up a credit card reccuring payment, that you can pick the date that you want the recurring payment to start. Right now there is not a choice. The day you create the payment is the day it starts.

  12. Site on Mobile

    Viewing via mobile phone (using Chrome or similar) is wonky. You appear to develop for PC then mobile is add on. The world now is vice versa.
    Yes, the app (which just gives events and member directory) is good, but most of our members are not historic PC users, they have come via pad or phone. IT doesn't work for them.
    Can you improve the mobile feed, or improve the Help files in this respect? I'm spending too much time trying to fix the nice look we have on the site to feed properly for mobiles.

  13. Default public registration on app

    Make the default for the Public list of event registrants button on the app be " Include name in list of event registrants." See the attached screen shot. The web and app default should be the same and having the name appear on the public list is much more useful for both our members and the group as a whole.

  15. Login via UserID when in a bundle

    Allow the user to login with a user id. When you have a family that only has 1 email address (we have many older members) but we want to track contact data for each family member. Currently we have to create fake email addresses. it would be better of they could login with a user id, but communicate via the bundle admin if there were a lost password for a reset.

  16. Automatically assign bundle admin for new bundle on import

    When you import a contact that is in a group that does not use the email, have the system automatically create the first user as the bundle admin for the new bundle with in a bundle level. That way a last name column could be used to identify the bundle for the family instead of having to manually type in a bundle admin email for every family (group) in the membership

  17. Event email followup

    It has become common place that once you sign up for a webinar you receive an email after the completion of that webinar with the recording. It would be very helpful to have an email automatically available in the event system that would create that follow up email and we could drop the link to the recording into it.

  18. Automated dates are a problem. Need to list meeting check-in time AND meeting start time!

    The inflexibility of the automated dates are a problem. There needs to be a field for meeting check-in time AND a field for meeting start time. For example, meeting check-in begins at 11:30 a.m. but the meeting starts at 12 noon. People are showing up at the wrong time and complaining. Please allow this additional field so we can have a check-in time and a meeting start time.

    In the "Links tracking" tab of an email log, I would like to be able to see who clicked on specific links in an email. Right now I can find how many people clicked on a specific link, but find who those people were is difficult.

  20. Automatically generate events from an Excel sheet

    Our hiking club arranges 50 hikes a month as 50 events. The hike-selection committee makes an Excel sheet listing the 50 hikes and provides it to the event administrator. The event administrator would like to import the Excel sheet and automatically generate 40 events -- rather than manually create each event.

    The event page would have an "import" button and create the events.
