Photo Album - Storage Management or more space
For some organizations the photo albums are essential but difficult to manage. Creatives need the ability to share their works in images, but may not be capable of managing their storage use effectively. And there are no built-in tools for the administrators to monitor or manage storage use effectively.
A quota for storage that could be set at the membership level (and perhaps overridden at the member level for special cases) would help to let members self-manage their storage use.
Reporting of storage use by member would also be of benefit to the administrators. Perhaps there is already a tool…

Email Announcements 1-2- and 3 should be copy-able to all 3.
Once you fight through the idiosyncrasies of the WYSIWYG for Announcement 1, you should be able to button-duplicate that to Announcements #2 and #3.

Chart of Accounts export to QuickBooks
An additional level of detail beyond “class” or replacing "class" that could associate with the Chart of account codes set up in quickbooks would save time and errors by identifying income categories automatically. I assign a general ledger account code to each invoice/payment to coordinate with the bookkeeper in the notes field that must be read manually. Could a separate field be available that QB would recognize on import.

Tracking donations with other member activity
Hi- as far as I can tell we are not able to pull into one document (other than a statement) all of a member's activity such as their donations, events and membership. Each silo has that information, but it isn't aggregated into one document we can use for fundraising purposes. Nor it is seemingly possible to combine that information from all members.
Donations reports only give sums, and isn't a detail list.
We are both a member organization as well as dependent on fundraising-and I am not sure that I can gather into one place the fundraising info I need.…

Credit Memo for Invoice
Can this be done?
We have an event - it's cost is $450. member signs up, invoice is produced and the member pays $450. - nice and clean
Then, for a host of reasons, the cost is reduced at a later date by $80 and a refund check is issued. I want to issue a credit memo for the $80 so the member has this on their account and then we record the refund check issued and the account is back in balance.
The net revenue for this event is $370.
How can we do this?

Ability to Search Custom Event Registration Fields
I would like to request that WA consider in future updates the ability to search and filter contact and event registrants via custom event registration fields. I am using WA to manage a large state conference and have our pre-conference sessions built into the event registration and would like to email just those people, but there is no way to filter those folks out without exporting to excel. This would make managing larger events with more complicated registrations easier.

Customizable username for forums
Does anyone know how to change how members show up when they post a comment in the Forum?
Because we have members real names blocked, all members that post show up as "Anonymous Member" in posts.
When members apply for membership, they select a "Profile" Member name.
Is there a way for this discreet "Member / Profile" name to show up in posts instead of having to unblock their real names or only show "Anonymous".
Any help greatly appreciated.

Administrator control over Member photo albums
As a Wild Apricot website Administrator, I would like to be able to delete individual images from a Member's photo album (e.g. offensive, inappropriate, others' request).
While a Member can add and delete photos, an Administrator can only turn the photo album feature on and off, i.e. shut down all albums for an individual Member.
A workaround is to reset that Member's password, log in as that Member then delete the desired image(s). Then advise the Member to reset their password. This is not the most desirable solution.

New Gadget: See who is currently logged in
Desired:
A gadget where members who are currently logged into your site are displayed.There would be a list of those who are logged in, with links to their profile pages. Members would have the ability to indicate if they want to be included in this gadget, and for those that do their field-level privacy settings would be respected.

Task list for Organizations
Current behavior:
All organizations have tasks tied to recurring deadlines (pay taxes collect dues, etc). Specific people need to be apprised and reminded of these deadlines, and need to have the ability to designate the task as having been completed. Please obfuscate e-mail addresses
I am getting significantly more spam at my club e-mail address since fielding our Wild Apricot site. E-mail links on pages or in posts or articles appear to be in unencoded HTML, which makes them easy for spam robots to harvest. Please provide an obfuscation mechanism (oreferably automatic) for mailto: links. This is a standard feature of some other platforms, such as Typo3.

conditional macro
Allow for Conditional Macros so I can eliminate text when a macro field is empty such as:
Dear {First Name} If{Second Name}<> null then "and " {Second Name}
this might result in:

Mark multiple invoices as paid at one time/Batch payment recording
It would be helpful to have a check box for all invoices so that multiple could be selected and marked as paid without having to open each individual invoice.

Calendar Improvements
I have two suggestions for improving the calendar widget.
Members of my organization rely on a Google calendar that we previously set up. Although it did not work well, Wordpress has a plugin that allows you to automatically populate your calendar with events from a Google calendar. We would like to have the calendar on our website interface directly with our Google calendar.
I understand there is value in being able to see events occurring during more than one month, but our members have commented that they do not like the multi month layout. We would like an option to…
