Ability to Search Custom Event Registration Fields
I would like to request that WA consider in future updates the ability to search and filter contact and event registrants via custom event registration fields. I am using WA to manage a large state conference and have our pre-conference sessions built into the event registration and would like to email just those people, but there is no way to filter those folks out without exporting to excel. This would make managing larger events with more complicated registrations easier.

Customizable username for forums
Does anyone know how to change how members show up when they post a comment in the Forum?
Because we have members real names blocked, all members that post show up as "Anonymous Member" in posts.
When members apply for membership, they select a "Profile" Member name.
Is there a way for this discreet "Member / Profile" name to show up in posts instead of having to unblock their real names or only show "Anonymous".
Any help greatly appreciated.

Administrator control over Member photo albums
As a Wild Apricot website Administrator, I would like to be able to delete individual images from a Member's photo album (e.g. offensive, inappropriate, others' request).
While a Member can add and delete photos, an Administrator can only turn the photo album feature on and off, i.e. shut down all albums for an individual Member.
A workaround is to reset that Member's password, log in as that Member then delete the desired image(s). Then advise the Member to reset their password. This is not the most desirable solution.

New Gadget: See who is currently logged in
Desired:
A gadget where members who are currently logged into your site are displayed.There would be a list of those who are logged in, with links to their profile pages. Members would have the ability to indicate if they want to be included in this gadget, and for those that do their field-level privacy settings would be respected.

Task list for Organizations
Current behavior:
All organizations have tasks tied to recurring deadlines (pay taxes collect dues, etc). Specific people need to be apprised and reminded of these deadlines, and need to have the ability to designate the task as having been completed. At present, the system provides no way to assign and follow up on these tasks.Desired behavior:

Limited administrator access to the finances tab aka Treasurer role
Good morning,
Is it possible to add selected limited access to the finances tab. For instance if we add a website designer there is no reason for this person to also have access to the finance of the society.

Event emails should allow announcement/invitation to single member. We sometimes need to resend to a single member who missed the announcement, or if we want to invite one person, not a save search of contacts.

Change registrant visibility when moving from waitlist to registrants
Waitlist: When an event is full and a member puts themselves on the waiting list, the flag for 'Share registration: Show registration on event registrants list' defaults to NO. So when the person on the waitlist is moved to the registrants list, the person still shows up as 'anonymous user'. Please change this flag so that when someone is added to the waitlist, it clicks yes to 'Show registration on event registants list'.

Certificate for members to print
Hi, still would LOVE if the member cards could ALSO be printed as an 8x11 Certificate like I attached. Or, we could add a separate certificate section.

Please obfuscate e-mail addresses
I am getting significantly more spam at my club e-mail address since fielding our Wild Apricot site. E-mail links on pages or in posts or articles appear to be in unencoded HTML, which makes them easy for spam robots to harvest. Please provide an obfuscation mechanism (oreferably automatic) for mailto: links. This is a standard feature of some other platforms, such as Typo3.

Make view waitlist available for site visitors
Ability for members to view the waitlist like they can view the registration list. They want to know how many people are on it and what number they are. (this is separate from functionality associated with waitlist and cancellations). It is just to view.

Event Registration Report Email(s)
It would be great if the meeting organizer could setup a date & time for Wild Apricot to automatically email him/her (and a cc list) a report of those that are registered (and have declined) for an event. This should take advantage of the event "report" feature and be at the event level in the email section.

Marketing Automation is a really important and effective feature for building relationships with members, retaining members/customers, and building a brand.
Unlike one-off campaigns, automations are triggered when specific people meet the pre-defined criteria you set.

conditional macro
Allow for Conditional Macros so I can eliminate text when a macro field is empty such as:
Dear {First Name} If{Second Name}<> null then "and " {Second Name}
this might result in:

Mark multiple invoices as paid at one time/Batch payment recording
It would be helpful to have a check box for all invoices so that multiple could be selected and marked as paid without having to open each individual invoice.

Calendar Improvements
I have two suggestions for improving the calendar widget.
Members of my organization rely on a Google calendar that we previously set up. Although it did not work well, Wordpress has a plugin that allows you to automatically populate your calendar with events from a Google calendar. We would like to have the calendar on our website interface directly with our Google calendar.
