We have a lot of members who want Membership Certificates every year to frame and put on the shop wall or office, etc. You have a membership card they can download and print. Have you considered a similar feature for Membership Certificates? Both for new members and for renewals each year. I have annual, quarterly and monthly payments but all are for 1 year memberships. - Thanks

I am attempting to automate and simplify a few tasks in our organisation - starting with the need for me to physically produce an A4 certificate when a member renews their quarterly or annual membership. It is too time consuming to do this on a monthly basis for monthly memberships (& so all they get is the current downloadable members card). Our members insert a copy of their A4 certificates into proposals to support their bid for contracts, as well as printing and displaying on their office wall.
I would really welcome the ability to have a pre-set automated template that members could receive a link to download when they receive their "Renewal Complete" email - this would save me hours each week, or more if i get swamped with other priorities.

I agree. I think it would really easy for Wildapricot to create a document within the system that could be mail merged with Members who were confirmed to have attended an event.

Love the membership card! Would it be possible to add a membership certificate, too, or make the card editable enough that we could enlarge the card & add a decorative border, so members can print, frame and hang on their office wall. From Chamber members to professional associations, many individuals like to hang these on their walls.

I need a way to send an email with a different attachment or link to each email address- kind of like a mail merge. I have a PDF membership certificate, I need to send to each member. each one is personalized with their name. We don’t use outlook, and I’m having a nightmare getting a merge to work on Google mail.

Let the membership card be enlarged into an 8x11 full page certificate. Would be nice for members to have to hang on walls.
