I am attempting to automate and simplify a few tasks in our organisation - starting with the need for me to physically produce an A4 certificate when a member renews their quarterly or annual membership. It is too time consuming to do this on a monthly basis for monthly memberships (& so all they get is the current downloadable members card). Our members insert a copy of their A4 certificates into proposals to support their bid for contracts, as well as printing and displaying on their office wall.
I would really welcome the ability to have a pre-set automated template that members could receive a link to download when they receive their "Renewal Complete" email - this would save me hours each week, or more if i get swamped with other priorities.Is this a function yet - or still in the wish list?

If you don’t see the new Apps page in the main menu, you may 1. be outside of US / Canada, 2. don’t have the paid subscription, or 3. have multiple accounts we don’t know about.

We would like to be able to send an SMS to members, individually from the Member contact page, after we have phoned them. We have the email system sending automated reminder emails, but when the membership changes to lapsed we call them, often this call goes to voicemail, and we would like to support the call with a quick SMS. Many of our members don’t have time to sit down and read emails till late at the end of the day, after our office hours are closed. Is this a possibility.

We would really like the option of sending SMS - bulk and manual individual ones to our members. We are finding less and less emails are being responded to, even though they are delivered and opened - they aren't actioned. Our office is virtual, so we use a cloud based phone system, that doesn't allow for SMS. Sometimes when you ring a member, and get their voicemail, it would be great if I could then send them a quick SMS to say why I was calling.
