print invoice by members
Currently, When a member renews, the dialogue has a button to view/print the renewal invoice. When clicked, the screen shows some of the information contained on the invoice, but not an entire, formal invoice. Some of our members would like to generate a full formal invoice (with all the headings, terms, mailing information, etc. that is on the invoices that get generated in the WA invoicing module). Instead of presenting just the invoice information, how about using the invoice generator to generate a proper invoice for viewing and printing? Looks like functionality is already there.....

secondary email address and email log
I think it's important to see the results of each email in the Email Log. The capability to CC to additional email addresses is a HUGE step forward. However, the Log does not include the additional email addresses. It looks as if they don't exist, there is no way to know it worked unless you include a QC profile.

Donation Confirmation emails
I have some donations coming in that are paid by check. I have figured out how to manually record them in the Donations and can send a donation receipt, but cannot figure out how to send the Donation confirmation email (Thank you letter) manually and get the macros to populate. It would be nice to be able to acknowledge manual donations without going through a lot of manual steps. Has anyone come up with a quick way to do this?

have better event tag management
Currently it is possible to add arbitrary words as tags to an event's event tag text field. This allows events to be filtered on calendars/event lists and on the administration side allows them to be filtered for by those tags. Currently tags can be added in the edit mode for any given events. Currently tags can only be deleted by going into each even that has the tag and individually deleting the tag.
Aside from dates/times and locations tags are the only means by which it is possible to categorize an event for event workflow, administration, and display purposes.

When a member registers for an event, he/she receives the standard event confirmation email. I would like to be able to set up different confirmation emails for each registration type.

Many many things. But one is the following. When sending an email blast I would like to be able to choose a list of contacts and then manually be able to delete or add individual contacts to that list. There might be someone who is in a list I made of donors that have donated since 2012 that I do not want to email this time. I can't seem to do that currently.

Easy linking to anchor on another page
Fix the Insert Link tool to allow pasting a URL that includes an anchor!
Editing html for this is a big pain, especially in pages with thousands of words of text and reams of paragraph/span codes, and scores of potential links. Provide secure FTP to Resources folder, WebDav is too slow and unreliable
File upload via the main files 'widget' is slow and cumbersome, and WebDav uploads are very slow, and often unreliable. Secure FTP should be straightforward to implement, and would make life much simpler when managing large numbers of files.

Slack Oauth integration
Slack https://slack.com is taking the world by storm on community building. You may have heard of how easy it is to participate in a real time discussion, with easy to use collab tools. It's killing email, they say.
Slack has OAuth v2 support. Wild Apricot has Oauth support. How about single signon support for Slack from WA?
This would make it really easy to add collab groups to an existing WA community and extend Wild Apricot's functionality to run meetings, projects and other collaborative, geographically distributed projects all through Slack.

Bulk event management
Bulk event management (create/delete/modify) bulk delete can be done in the UI via checkboxes on the event list bulk create/modify could be based off spreadsheet export/import like we can do with contacts The current functionality is a serious impediment for us trying to add multiple events per week for several months ahead.

Importing payments from QuickBooks online
An extremely useful feature would be the ability to export payment data from QuickBooks (including the online version) into WA. Many of our corporate members pay by check, and currently we have to manually update WA to reflect those payments. That shouldn't be necessary.

Event attendance comparison report
Hello All.
The organization that I set WA up for has multiple events each week, month, year. They are looking for a way to easily capture the number of registrations and compare them over the month/year.
The feature that I would like to see is an option to select an event name (our events have a relatively standard naming system) and compare the attendance of each event that was held over a definable period of time.

Ability to embed Google Adwords Code to track advertising effectiveness
Google AdWords has a great function that allows you to set up a variety of codes that track "actions".
I am trying to use AdWords to get people to sign up for our annual conference and to join the organization. Both actions require a credit card transaction to be considered a "success".
I understand that I cannot put google code on the shopping cart -- (because WA controls those pages) but I must have some means of tracking the effectiveness of our advertising dollars.

Member App and Admin App - add and update photos within their contact information
Upload a picture from their phone to the member app. At renewal my organization required members to upload a picture to their contact information but this was bypassed because members were able to renew through the app but did not have to upload a picture.

A Robust Blog Feature
Blog Widget. I'm used to Wix or Square that can be easily shared on social media. This Wild Apricot feature is not robust enough to draft articles, see it in full page form and link individual stories into a newsletter. Any chance there will be some focus on this feature soon?
