Integrate with Eventbrite > Although WA offers a basic event registration function, it's not the "norm" for many people and if an association needs additional functionality this would be a choice. We prefer Eventbrite for 3 main reasons:
1> Business people usually have an account, so their info is pre-filled and registration is quick & easy.
2> The Eventbrite mobile app is sophisticated and easy to use on the day of the event for the organizer & attendees.

It is not possible, between the renewal date and cut-off date, to obtain a list of members who have renewed - only the number of renewals.

Better Event Registrations Workflows
Workflow is pretty bad. The developers should sit down with a client local to you an actually try to check in people. You have to enter information twice and getting back to the event list is a round-a-bout gesture. It've very inefficient and time consuming.
Things like address and names should be passed through to the payment page when accepting credit cards.

Create Sub-databases
It would be greatly beneficial to be able to create additional databases within Wild Apricot for use by our Members. For example, as a writers organization, we would like to create a database our members could access to post the rights information for any stories they've written without having to use an outside service.

push failed emails
Display a direct link/summary of failed email addresses in the in the Dashboard Summary screen. Currently, it appears that the only way to track/resolve bad email addresses for members is to remember to check the email log and look up the information manually. A reminder/summary in the Dashboard Summary would make this much easier and avoid bad email addresses being overlooked, since it appears there is no other "up front" way to notice them without having to go into the email log or a member's record.

Universal Email Footer
Need more info in footer when sending email blasts. CAN-SPAM requires a valid physical address.
Good -- Allow editing of the default footer that is added to all email blasts.
Better -- Allow editing, and saving, of multiple footers that can be chosen from, and added, by name, to each email blast as it is created and sent.
Best -- Allow editing of a default footer that is saved with all saved searches. Then, when a saved search is used to send an email blast, the footer saved and sent with it can be edited, and re-saved.

Ability to reset forgotten password via a widget
I wanted to bring this particular topic back to the forefront as I think it is an important one. I found a similar post: http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308920-archive/suggestions/8830963-forgotten-password-and-widgets and it does not appear that it ever made it to the Wishlist.
I really does present a problem when a member that forgot their password is redirected to the WA website and not back to our website after they click on the link they receive in the email received. Allow Member profile Access Control by Member Level
Bottom Line: The matrix for controlling "Access to Others" for Profiles is insufficient. Currently the only choices are: Anyone, Members and No Access. We need another layer between Anyone and Members. This way we can use the full functionality of Wild Apricot and control access to information by delineating between the Public/Prospects and all real Members.
Discussion: What this is about is how Wild Apricot allows us and our Members to control access to the information they provide in their profiles and how they and we control everyone's privacy.

Make Member Since field available in Member Directory
See note below. Our members would benefit to learn when everyone become part of our organization. It offers continuity and a since of longevity. I contemplated just creating a field, but that was too easy, so I decided to add this to the wishlist to see if others agree and it would save me the time to create the field and maintain it since it is already a system fields. Easy way to insert links to system pages like member profile pages
I could really use an easy way to link a member's name to their directory profile. I have a lot of pages where I list a committee chairperson's name or an officer's name as in "See Sue Smith for more information." and I would like to put a hyperlink on 'Sue Smith' that takes the user straight to Sue's directory profile so that the user can find her contact information.

Give members closure after online registration
My members who are first-time users of Wildapricot are complaining about the lack of closure during online registration. After clicking Confirm, where they might have expected a "Thank you for registering," they get the attached instead. "! This invoice is unpaid!" Of course it's unpaid. All invoices are unpaid when they're presented. Since we're operating in offline payment mode, there is nothing the member can do about it at the moment anyway. Please change this ugly non-assurance to something that gives some closure. The wording here is not just a gaffe for offline payers; it's a gaffe for everyone. People…

Different prices for the different variations of product
I see that you can list variations on a item in the store. However, you cannot list different prices for the different variations. An example would be we sell postcards in quantities of 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1000. The different quantities cost different amounts. It would be nice to have the option rather than listing each quantity as a new product.

Recall Emails once they are scheduled and recall unopened emails
I found out after I had sent the blast email that there was some incorrect information in it. I would like the ability to recall any scheduled emails and unopened emails.

Page visible to public, but not visible to members
We have a "Join today" page. I'd like to only make that page visible to people who are not members. Once you've logged in, there's no need to show the "Join Now" page.
In other words, I'd like to have "not" logic to the restrictions for the pages.

Course/Training Platform area
I would LOVE to be able to add a section for classes/training. Similar to Thinkific, Teachable, and other similar platforms where there are modules for downloads and videos and the volunteer/student/member can go through the classes/training as modules or short bites and shows their progress. I have a system set up already with WildApricot, but it is a bit clunkier than other platforms right now.

Duplicate items for sale in the store
Add a feature to duplicate items in the store and then edit. This would allow us to make one item (e.g., a t-shirt), then make the minor adjustments (e.g., logo, etc.).

You can upload multiple pictures for one product and configure several product variants. Is that enough or you’d prefer to duplicate items?

print invoice by members
Currently, When a member renews, the dialogue has a button to view/print the renewal invoice. When clicked, the screen shows some of the information contained on the invoice, but not an entire, formal invoice. Some of our members would like to generate a full formal invoice (with all the headings, terms, mailing information, etc. that is on the invoices that get generated in the WA invoicing module). Instead of presenting just the invoice information, how about using the invoice generator to generate a proper invoice for viewing and printing? Looks like functionality is already there.....

secondary email address and email log
I think it's important to see the results of each email in the Email Log. The capability to CC to additional email addresses is a HUGE step forward. However, the Log does not include the additional email addresses. It looks as if they don't exist, there is no way to know it worked unless you include a QC profile.
