We currently use WA for our webinar registrations & Zoom is the platform we use for the actual webinar. We add the actual Zoom link to the confirmation email that registrants receive, but have had many requests to have links that allow registrants to download/import the information into their calendar versus them having to manually create an event and add the info. I am including a screen shot below to illustrate. As it stands, I am now having to go into my own email and send out invites that way once folks register, which is not an ideal workaround and it takes a lot of time. I have talked to many other WA users and they have also expressed frustration with this. Please consider adding this feature. Thank you!

Another vote to include the zoom link in all outgoing event communications and calendar items.

We run online seminars via Zoom. At the moment we include the Zoom details in the confirmation email, but attendees often lose them. It would be great to be able to also include the Zoom details in the calendar invite (.ics, Google Calendar, whatever) that is available for download on the registration confirmation page. At the moment, the only content in the calendar invite is a hyperlink to the event page on our website, and I cannot find any way to edit the content of the invite.

Make it possible for members to find their virtual meeting links by putting them in the "add to my calendar" descriptions and on the "already registered" pages of events.

This is NOT a nice to have. This is necessary for any virtual event.
We have too many participants who can't find the zoom link because there's no way to see it on the website or in their calendar.
There NEEDS to be a zoom link in the calendar invite. It would be NICE to have a way for people to see their registered events on the website.

Also, a way to integrate Zoom and Wild Apricot registrations would be very helpful, such as an import/export tool.

Agree completely. We're very happy with Wild Apricot, and all it does, but it's not cheap software. Now that meetings are mandatory 'virtual', it would be great to have an online meeting capability built into WA, rather than having to pay additional money for a Zoom account.

Our organization wishes that there was built in functionality to conduct online meetings in Wild Apricot. Have to find another company to help us with that.

The function would be to allow a defined membership type to join a community zoom meeting. Other membership types would not be able to.
Using the zoom registration function members with the right membership type could click on a link in the calendar to join the meeting. Others would get an upgrade message.
It would be great to figure out how the scheduling process could place the meeting information into the WA calendar.

Is it possible to create online events that we could charge for and then have only those who paid or registered for the event have access to it via a certain web page. For example, we could have online classes or an online performance that people could register for and then have access to online.
