Is this still happening. We hold weekly meetings that require RSVP for each event. As a provincial organization, our events are mostly virtual and since zoom isn't integrated we can only try using the Advanced event tool to include the link. But we still have to manually create the event every week. Honestly we are always finding the promise of automation to be not so automatic, we do about the same about of manual labour as we did before joining Wild Apricot. It would be really nice to get a win here! I see this is from 2015, any updates?

We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them demonstrates how to send event attendance certificates as professionally looking PDF files.

Agree. We are an organizational based membership association and find WA is really not set up to handle us very well. Adjusting administrators all the time is confusing and seems to mess with our auto-renewals, amongst other things. We've been hesitant to create a workflow document for our members as the current process is confusing to try to explain.

Mailchimp Integration please - trying to export and upload a membership list each week to keep Mailchimp updating is time consuming. We only use the WA email service rarely, it takes forever to use and is clunky and usually has a multiple email addresses that require us to manually re-send emails.

Yes, we run events with different price points as well as having our member fees go through affinipay. The process of reconcilling is another thing that requires so much manual labour for us.
