Add "same as" option for home/billing address
For the majority of our club members, their Home Address and their Mailing Address are the same. However, some members have a P.O. Box as a mailing address so we carry both the Home Address and the Mailing Address in our data base. It would same time and improve accuracy if there was a box to check which auto-copied the fields that make up the Home Address into the corresponding fields that make up the Mailing Address. Enable reporting on recent event attendance
We'd like to produce a list of members who have not attended an event within the last 6 months, so that we can reach out to them. This is important for member retention and engagement. Thank you for your help!

Notify member when entering a duplicate event registration
I have a problem with members registering accidentally multiple times for an event. If a member registers but somehow messes up the PayPal payment, he will sometimes start the registration process over, not realizing that he is already registered. I know I could stop this by disallowing multiple registrations, but I have to allow them because I have many members (couples) who share an email address. So what I would like to see is a popup message notifying the registrant that he is already registered for the event and asking him to confirm that he wants to register again. This…

Customize unsubscribe text within email
I have just subscribed to something and there was a message which would be good to put on this site with the option to 'unsubscribe' to email blasts, It is very friendly.

Enable floating calendar
Hi, The calendar view of the calendar widget shows a full year/month starting 01-Jan or the 1st day of the month. Wouldn't it be great especially when reaching the end of the year) that the display be shifted to start with current month/week?

Enable Event Calendar events to say "Registration is not yet open."
Enable Event Calendar events to say "Registration is not yet open."
I'm told by our organization that this is not possible, that if registration for an event, many of which are months away, is not yet open, the event listing automatically says "Registration is closed." This makes it appear that the event is full, or that the deadline has passed, surely costing us interested visitors and even reservations.
How can this be fixed?

Event multi session hide past sessions
Events.
Repeating past sessions of events still display even though "show past events" is not ticked.
They currently have to be manually deleted from the repeating sessions list.

Add a New field type = Lookup
Lookup field to search and link contacts together (one to many relationship)
Example:

Pay Online button too small
The intergrated "Pay online" button provided by WA is too small and senior folk have difficulty noticing it.
I suggest a larger, more distinctive button, coloured would be good.11 votes -
Stop Emails with WildApricot domains from Going Straight to Recipient's Spam Folders. Happens all the time.
Please make the price tag on forms, and the security feature on the subscription form optional. I want like to remove them.
A membership price of free on job applications is out of place. The security feature on the subscription form takes up too much width.

Separate fields for first, last and middle initial - for credit card processing systems
Currently the field just says "Cardholder Name" and many people have a middle initial on their card. When they enter all 3 things (first, middle, last) the cc processor is automatically putting the middle initial in the last name field. Which means I can't search by last name.

Year End Donation Letter
Provide a button on the Member's Profile page which allows a member to download/print an annual donation letter. The appearance should be designed by an administrator. The button should indicate the last year for which the data has been generated. Administrator should have a function where after all the financial data has been completed for the previous year, the button is made active for the most recent past year.

Calendar picker when schedule event emails
When scheduling event emails, we have to provide a number of days before we want the email to go out. It was be more helpful to have a date picker so we don't have to count the number of days when we want to send out the email.

Click column headers to re-sort directory
I would really like to be able to allow users to re-sort a member directory simply by clicking a column header. Right now, the sort order of the directory is pre-determined by the admin who sets up the directory page.
If that's too complicated, then maybe provide a dropdown box with all the visible fields on the directory page from which the user can choose.
As an added feature if you ever decide to implement this, being able to indicate the direction of the sort is useful (A to Z vs. Z to A).

Contact Self-Service Proof of Attendance Report
A contact that is not a site administrator should be able to sign in, go to their member page where they can see their profile, privacy, email subscriptions, etc., and see a past events attended list. They should be able to print this page as proof of attendance. So a date range selection, so if I want to print only a certain range of events that would be possible. add a visitors counter to our website
From time to time we receive questions at our support like "I want to add a visitors counter to our website. Telling a user: "Your are visitor number: #".
From design point of view and the current state of web development, visitors counters (or hit counters) are mostly considered as outdated, not used any more. But it still might be important for you and so I decided to create a wishlist thread to collect your opinions on that.
