Add social sharing options into email announcements and other emails
WA should consider incorporating into the platform the ability to distribute social-media updates simultaneously with email 'newsletters' and other blasted communications. I envision the user programming into their social-media account information, and from the email-newsletter/communique-creation phase one would have the ability to add whichever social-media outlets they choose. From there, you would either send out the subject of the email and a link to the newsletter/communique as a default or it could be edited to fine-tune the blast to the different social-media outlets. No Way to Easily Send Emails to Non-Registrants of Events
There currently appears to be no easy way to send on-the-fly emails to non-registered contacts and members for a specific event.
If you go to the "Events > View event details" page, there is a button at the top of the page labeled "Email attendees". There should also be a button labeled "Email non-attendees" but there currently is not.

Collect only registration form for guest registrations
Currently the three options for Guests of a registration are: For guest registrations Only collect total number of guests Collect contact information for each guest Collect full registration form for each guest All of our events allow for guests from the same Company. The guests can choose a variety of options that do not have to be the same as the registrant. We don't need the full contact information again, and having to enter it is somewhat bothersome. Customizing Donation receipt - adding previous donations
Is it possible to print all the donations given by a donor on one receipt with dates. Right now we can only print one donation given per donor on one receipt. I was also wondering if we could add all the donations and put in a total donations given for year.

Membership Categorgy restictions by age
It would be great if WA allowed the restriction of certain membership categories to be restricted by age. We have a number of membership categories which include Cadets (Under 16), Juniors (Under 22) and Seniors (Over 60).
It would make membership management simpler to either flag or prevent reapplication within the wrong category. Obviously a date of birth field would need to utilised to be able to allow this to happen.

Customize text for unsubscribe options shown on member profile page
We'd like to be able to customize our unsubscribe messages. When a member unsubscribes to our mailings, we feel the options are a little confusing to our members. Being able to add a simple line or two about how these options relate to our specific club would be great.

Ability to clean up email log, financial transactions etc. - e.g when converting from trial to actual use
Is there a way to clear out the payment transaction log?

Page hits analytics
It would be really useful to have a widget available that would simply display a tiny number on a website page to show how many times the page has been opened. It just gives an idea to the website designer whether a page is popular or not without having to check Google Analytics, which has the problem mentioned next ...

Add external events link to the calendar
A feature to add items to the calendar that are not a club event. We are a car club that hold out own events, and that works great in Wild Apricot. I want to be able to add another local club's event, simply want to be able to list another club's event indicating the where and when, without creating an event on our side.

Use 2 decimal places for dollar values in store orders
Dollar values do not use 0's in decimals on the order page.
When I look at an order in admin view, if the price is an even amount (like $9.00) the decimals do not show up. If only one decimal is needed (like $9.50) then the 0 doesn't show up.11 votes -
Add Certificate to Members files upon completing training
Our members receive CEU's for attending our Annual Conference and workshops. It would be great if we could automatically add a copy of their certificate to their file storage after each event. ie. Certificate template along with confirmed attendance list creates file in each attendees account. I can easily use a mail merge to to create the certificates from the list of attendees but we have to manually add each certficate to the users account. Attendance at our annual conference is 350-400 which makes it impossible to do manually.

Poll Announcement Send Time
Can you add a poll announcement email send time. As of now it goes out at midnight and some of our members would prefer it goes out during daytime hours.

HTML
1) Bring back the HTML button in the toolbar at the top of the e-mail editor. Having to delete the default text box and add the HTML widget seems pretty lame to me.
2) Bring in the ability to double-click on the e-mail text when you come back to edit an e-mail. Having to go over to the right and click on the button to change the HTML code isn’t very intuitive.
3) Wrap the text in the HTML editor window.

Revise Membership Summary Stats
Please please please - change the membership summary. To include the lapsed memberships in the total is very misleading. And, to include memberships that have lapsed more than 12 months ago is also not helpful. And, to include those same lapsed memberships in "renewal overdue" is double counting and extremely misleading.
I want to know:
1) how many active members
2) how many pending renewal (whose membership is now past due. i.e. if the renewal notice has gone out but their membership is not yet up, they should not be considered in this bucket - they are still active)

Print the entire report generated by Search results rather than export to Excel.
Currently Admin can print only 50 records at a time of a Search. I want to print the entire report at one time with customizable header content. See attached files for details.
