Viewing gadget in page templates when editing...
Editing in page templates would be much more efficient if the specific gadgets in each placeholder were visible just as they are when editing in site pages. Currently the gadgets are not visible; I have to go back several times to change/check the gadget and/or placeholder. Please make it a priority to give users the ability to see the gadgets in page templates instead of seeing "Page specific gadgets used on 1 page(s)" in every placeholder.

Add social sharing options into email announcements and other emails
WA should consider incorporating into the platform the ability to distribute social-media updates simultaneously with email 'newsletters' and other blasted communications. I envision the user programming into their social-media account information, and from the email-newsletter/communique-creation phase one would have the ability to add whichever social-media outlets they choose. From there, you would either send out the subject of the email and a link to the newsletter/communique as a default or it could be edited to fine-tune the blast to the different social-media outlets. level change approval
Can't you just add a setting for admin's to approve any level change? This would solve so many issues we have with people renewing who shouldn't be etc. It gives us the ability to approve renewals when the member has lapsed!

No Way to Easily Send Emails to Non-Registrants of Events
There currently appears to be no easy way to send on-the-fly emails to non-registered contacts and members for a specific event.
If you go to the "Events > View event details" page, there is a button at the top of the page labeled "Email attendees". There should also be a button labeled "Email non-attendees" but there currently is not.
If you instead, attempt to accomplish this by clicking on the Event details "Emails" link below the buttons at the top of the page, and then click on the Send again button under one of the Announcement preset emails (Announcement 1,…

Collect only registration form for guest registrations
Currently the three options for Guests of a registration are: For guest registrations Only collect total number of guests Collect contact information for each guest Collect full registration form for each guest All of our events allow for guests from the same Company. The guests can choose a variety of options that do not have to be the same as the registrant. We don't need the full contact information again, and having to enter it is somewhat bothersome. need different receipt for membership/event
It appears that we have 2 customizable receipts:
Payment receipt
Donation receipt
However, we would like to give different wording on receipts for membership versus events. Our memberships are tax deductible, so we need to include our non-profit, tax deductible blurb on that receipt. But it could be confusing for someone who pays for a class, as those payments are not tax deductible. Any chance for help on this?

multiple choice with extra cost - needs more mgmt options
We would find "multiple choice with extra cost" much more useful if it had a few more features. We find we always need capacity and the ability to close a multiple choice option without deleting it. We hold an annual conference with many extra choices for social events and luncheons at extra costs. We run into WA problems for example when In the last days leading up to the event, we have to close some of the multiple choice items(caterer needs last head count), but we can still take general event registrations. Print Calendars in Landscape Mode
Would be very helpful to have the ability to print the calendars in landscape mode one month at a time for handouts (currently it seems to do a random number of weeks based on the current date), and control the fonts.

Customizing Donation receipt - adding previous donations
Is it possible to print all the donations given by a donor on one receipt with dates. Right now we can only print one donation given per donor on one receipt. I was also wondering if we could add all the donations and put in a total donations given for year.

Membership Categorgy restictions by age
It would be great if WA allowed the restriction of certain membership categories to be restricted by age. We have a number of membership categories which include Cadets (Under 16), Juniors (Under 22) and Seniors (Over 60).
It would make membership management simpler to either flag or prevent reapplication within the wrong category. Obviously a date of birth field would need to utilised to be able to allow this to happen.

Customize text for unsubscribe options shown on member profile page
We'd like to be able to customize our unsubscribe messages. When a member unsubscribes to our mailings, we feel the options are a little confusing to our members. Being able to add a simple line or two about how these options relate to our specific club would be great.

Ability to clean up email log, financial transactions etc. - e.g when converting from trial to actual use

notification of new WA updates
I believe WA used to send out an email to its account holders to notify of system updates. I haven't seen anything in quite a while. When I went to the help section today, I note there have been MANY updates, some of which include new features that require the user to make a change in the settings. Can you please let us know when the updates roll out, with a link in the email to the page that describes the changes. Keep pending members from receiving emails sent to "All Members"
I just realized that people with pending memberships are receiving emails sent to our members. Is this a glitch or can it be turned off? This is not a desired behavior as people who are not approved members should NOT be getting content designed for members. That is the entire point of having to approve membership.

We need to track the full lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs) such as Received PO, Signed PO, Returned PO, and Payment Received directly within the event management system.

future billing option
It would be helpful to have a manual billing option that allows us to schedule future invoice send dates. For example, as we prepare for our November renewals, we’d like to set up the invoices now but have them automatically send and become active on a specific date.

RSVP Button customized to own desire
Is there a way to change the look / aesthetics of the RSVP buttons? In addition to the proposed Yes / No / Maybe for the advanced events, it would be greatly appreciated if I could recreate the buttons so they are in line with the style of our font, size and colours used in the announcement.

Events search: add date filters (incl future-only), sort-by-date, and pls improve search results
Currently a search for "beginner kayak" on https://member.nbcboathouse.org/Sys/Search?q=beginner%20kayak&types=16&page=1 results in no future or recent events, though there are several future and recent events that match these search keywords. The top hits are all in the past. Not very useful for folks looking for future events.
Please add date filters, including future-events-only. Please add a sort-by-date-descending filter, and also, pls check why the results are skewed so old?
