Print the entire report generated by Search results rather than export to Excel.
Currently Admin can print only 50 records at a time of a Search. I want to print the entire report at one time with customizable header content. See attached files for details.

print event registrations
We would like a print friendly option for event registrations. All other systems that we have worked with include this feature and we use it frequently. In other words, it would allow us to print the information a registrant in a format that is easy to read. We take these forms to our conference in case of questions, we have the info infront of us. We do not want it in an excel file or spreadsheet format.

Course/Training Platform area
I would LOVE to be able to add a section for classes/training. Similar to Thinkific, Teachable, and other similar platforms where there are modules for downloads and videos and the volunteer/student/member can go through the classes/training as modules or short bites and shows their progress. I have a system set up already with WildApricot, but it is a bit clunkier than other platforms right now.

Simple Event - delete Maybe option
Add an option for Simple Events that does not include "Maybe" as a valid response. Most of the time, we need a YES or a NO.

New member list gadget
We are interested in having the latest ten (or whatever #) new members names and their company appear as a scrolling gadget on our home page, similar to a picture slideshow, for a specific number of days.
This could be listed as a member benefit to the association that the new members name/company will be listed on the Association home page.

calendar and annual events
Creating repeating events on a monthly basis is great. You can choose the 2nd Thursday of every month and it is created.
Try to do this with annual for Holidays that remain on specific 2nd, 3rd etc Sundays or Thursdays or....Holidays like Thanksgiving, Veteran's Day, Mother/Father's Days.
It should be trivial to have the same functionality (and consistency) for both Monthly/Annual calendar events

Splash Page
It would be wonderful to have the option of adding a Splash Page to our website to advertise to non-members and the public, some of our current events, with time, place, cost, features, etc.

Reserved seating at an event (ticket sales)
It would be so great to be able to reserve specific seats at our HOA events, this is the only reason we are not using the reservation/tickets sales module.
I would like to be able to add a graphic of the seating arrangement which is hyperlinked and when clicked on would open a larger.pdf to see the seat id numbers. Then list them to be selected. When purchased they would be automatically be removed from the seating list. Like is done on airlines and sports events.11 votes -
Universal footer
Capturing a suggestion from one of our customers:
Universal footer option so we don't have to keep changing the footer on three or four templates - or ability to copy complete template layouts/columns and paste to another template. Sometimes we have a lot in one template footer and then I have to open 2 different browsers just to copy all the settings from one to another template.

Class Registration Functionality
We’d like a class registration capability that provides a shopping cart like capability.
Here’s what we (and probably most other organizations offering classes would need):
- Require membership for class sign up (that’s pretty well taken care of) but allow potential class registrants to see classes without being a member
- Allow “conditional” class purchase, e.g. put classes that sound interesting into something like a cart or pre-final checkout, see the amount and go back to shopping for classes if you change your mind

Separate profile page for contacts vs. members
Dear Wild Apricot,
I am setting up an account that has various membership levels plus it allows people to sign up just for an email newsletter without membership. It would be really nice to have a separate profile page (or the ability to set fields for the profile) based on membership or non-membership. The profile page shows invoices as well as subscriptions to forums to forums, for example, to people who are non-members. I think this is confusing.
Also, it would be nice to have be able to set when fields are required or not based on whether someone is…

Payment Module/Form to accept arbitrary payments
Payment module just like the Donations Module. Copy the Donations Module and call the copy the Payment module. Members have to pay us sometimes so I tell them to use the Donation module and I will reapply the payment. An example, last week a member added a guest to her already paid $30 event registration. So we had an updated invoice that added $30 for the guest, displayed the invoice for $60, displayed that $30 had been paid and the balance due was $30. Perfect.
But when the member tried to pay it to WA, PayPal blocked it and said…11 votes
