Year End Donation Letter
Provide a button on the Member's Profile page which allows a member to download/print an annual donation letter. The appearance should be designed by an administrator. The button should indicate the last year for which the data has been generated. Administrator should have a function where after all the financial data has been completed for the previous year, the button is made active for the most recent past year.

I would like a template that is just like the member activation template that is for all the donors that will create the Year End Donation Letter. I currently use simplegive and I can get rid of simple give and save our ministry money because of all that WildApricot does. The only thing it doesn't have right now is the year end letter.

Yeah this is for tax purposes and would make EOFY a lot easier, can this be something that can be sent via email as well?
