Allow a Bundle Member to Renew, Not Just the Bundle Administrator
In our club, couples are full members. There is no concept of a primary member. The ONLY reason we use bundles and give the couple two logins is because WA doesn't permit two fully independent email addresses. (There are 453 votes for that. Please finish the job.)
In the meantime, we have members trying to renew and emailing us because the Bundle Member is trying to do it, and you don't let them. (We try to tell them to log in as the Bundle Administrator, but the email macro for that doesn't work.)

Product reports
Reporting on sales in the online store needs to be improved. It is impossible to know which customer purchased which product unless you manually chart the sales by clicking through to individual invoices. This is an impossible task with a high order volume.

Select Duration for cancelling registrant without receiving payment
I have a request. I like to have this 15-minute option to be more flexible.
We expect registrants to complete payment within 14 days from the registration date.
It would be wonderful if there is a form or drop-down menu to select days.

Ability to edit 'Thank you' message for the poll
This feature has promise! Really need a little bit more control over editing... ability to edit poll thank you message. "Thank you for your vote" will not work for a membership survey.

Three Online Store Suggestions (needs)
I see three problems with the online store you may want to correct. I also have one suggestion.
1) no checkout if not logged in
2) no continue shopping links
3) no way to cancel an orderI also suggest you have the ability to have members only products.

Specify Landing Page after Taking Poll
Instead of always going to the Poll Details page after taking a poll, it should be possible to specify a site page to go to. This could be a call to further action, a forum thread for discussing the poll, etc.

Rules and Terms affirmation for bundled members
A very significant problem for enforcing the "terms & rules" field acceptance exists for bundled memberships. In this case, the bundle administrator is able to add a new bundle member and complete all the fields for this new member-- including the acceptance of the hold harmless text in our "terms & rules" field! Our legal advisor tells us this is a legal no-no and we must ensure that only the bundle member himself checks this acceptance box. This leaves us with a liability risk with about 50% of our members. Yikes! We hope WA can give attention to this gaping…

Make a Donation via Text Message
1) allow SMS Text of a keyword (e.g. donation category/type) to Short Number
2) WA asks how much would you like to donate to the 'org' 'keyword description'
3) device holder sends amount 'XXX'
4) WA sends confirmation text w/URL for needed completion activities in response
5) Donor completes
6) WA puts donation through payments processing as set up on WA website:-)

Add purchase order numbers to invoices
Hello,
We are seeing more of our members introduce a procurement process which involves the use of purchase order numbers that need to be referenced on our invoices to facilitate payment. Is this something that Wild Apricot is aware of and do you have any plans to update the platform to enable purchase orders to be added to invoices once they have been received?
Within that many of these systems require invoices to be emailed to an "accountspayable" email address as an attachment. At the moment the only way we can send an invoice as an attachment is to copy…15 votes -
Improved Membership Application Design
Right now I feel that the current membership application does not allow for enough customization. It is a very basic layout. Users need the ability to better "SELL" their membership. This means the ability to customize layout, feel, look, add images, etc. See a few site membership forms below. I am selling a similar product and right now they are able to better advertise their membership. Also I hate that I can't view and edit each page just a person would be going through when clicking the next button in the application process.

Installable Custom Gadgets
Please add the ability for developers to create custom gadgets that clients can upload to their websites. The API opens up so many opportunities to extend the features of the site, and the ability to create and distribute custom gadgets that tap into a custom service would be extremely beneficial to all.

Allow limiting of forum administration to specific admin role
Currently it appears that any level of administrator can perform administrative activities in a forum: a member or events admin, for example, can move messages between forums, delete messages, post pictures in a forum message, etc.
I feel that forum administration should only be allowed by someone with the "website" admin role.
Ideally, there needs to be a new "forum administrator" role so that trusted members can act as moderators without gaining other unrelated administrative privileges.

ability to set different reply to email for event announcements vs reminders
We can set a different "reply to" email for events using the email address for each event coordinator. But then Announcements and Reminders both default to this email address.
Often a member will cancel when they receive the reminder, and we want the cancellation to go to a different person (an Event Administrator) who has access to Admin view.

If email failure rate is high, notify admin and/or sender
If an e-blast has an unusually high failure rate, notify the webmaster and/or the sender.
The notification should include instructions on how to see the failures and the error messages, how to discover the reason for a failure, and how to resend to the failed addresses.
The failure rate and who to notify could be user-configurable but should not default to nobody.
And URLs in the displayed Failure Text should be clickable.
This suggestion comes from having discovered that 15% of our e-blast last night was rejected by AOL and Yahoo. The error messages suggested resending, which worked. But if…

Make required custom fields required for all
Make Required Fields REQUIRED regardless of how enters the data. I find that when a bundle administrator or site administrator creates a new record the Required Field is not being enforced by the system.

support P2P (person to person) online payment processing
Our members are interested in making payments for club events using no-fee P2P (person to person) payment apps such as Google Wallet, Apple Pay or Venmo. This is especially useful for our mobile users.

Automatically pull profile data / fields into event registration form
Allow the event to be set up so that it automatically pulls through any of the custom fields in to the registration. i.e. in our case we would like to pull the boat name, type and length through.
