Event registration fields report - sort by attendee, not by field
The event registration field report , sorted by registrant (registrant name, all other registration fields, next registrant with his/her registration fields, etc), would be a great addition and enhancement to the event reports.
As it is now, the report sorts by registration field, but if an organizer wants information on a particular registrant, he has to jump from list to list to get the full registration information.

Make anti-spam captcha OPTIONAL for log in.
Our site fortunately doesn't have issues with bots, so why does the captcha have to appear for all users to log in? Why wasn't this made optional, so admins can enable/disable it as it suits their organization's needs? Do you know our members or public visitors better than we do?
I understand the need for an anti-spam captcha function, but "one size fit all" DOES NOT WORK for everyone. Our members are complaining about this, and frankly for members who regularly log into the site, it insults their intelligence. What kind of user experience is that???

Polling Improvements needed
Need the ability for an election scenario to only have ONE option to choose from (i.e. unopposed candidate). Also, it would be great to hide old polls from the main view once they have passed. Last but not least, the most recent poll should default to the TOP of the list, not the bottom. I also second the need for poll reminders to non-voters...just like you have set up for events.

New voting feature: Track voting participation
We need to be able to see who has participated in a poll without seeing their votes. Please create a new feature that tracks member participation while simultaneously keeping their votes anonymous. I manage multiple associations and board members always want to know which members have participated in voting polls.

can we set a minimum registration required? we want to have at least 6 (or 20) or any number to run this event, and we will cancel otherwise.

Membership or Contact field for connecting multiple members
Create a member or contact field that can be populated with links to other members. This can be used to describe multiple kinds of relationship. It can be used to indicate spouses, siblings, parent/child, guardian, program sponsor, dependent.
I see it as a many-to-many relationship.
My specific use case is "sponsorship".
Bob sponsors Ted and Andrew.
Frank sponsors Ted and Erik.which also can be written as:
Ted is sponsored by Bob and Frank
Erik is sponsored by Frank

Force acceptance of waiver at renewal
We need members to accept our waiver every year.
We. We’d a way to force this for renewals. We may have to switch away from wild apricot if we cannot did a way to get this to work with wild apricot.
Competitor system can include waivers as part of the renewal process. When the members are renewing, a note can be provided reminding them to “Please update your waiver”. There will be a provided “box” that when checked off, the waiver is updated. If the check box is not checked off, the renewal process will stop.

Simplify Event Registration Cancelations
Please make canceling a registration by a member simpler. (This is particularly true when the event is an "advanced event.")
The way the process is set up now, our members find the system complex. Suggestion: When the member goes into his or her profile, have an option showing there—"Cancel one of my event registrations." Then have the member directed to a list of events for which the member is registered. Allow confirmation.14 votes -
Prorate Renewals of Exisiting Members
My new members get a discounted fee for 12 months. At the end of their 12th month they need to pay full membership dues but prorated to the end of the calendar year. I would like to be able to automatically prorate renewals for existing members in mid year.

Add to calendar that doesn't require a file download
People are used to being able to just click a button to add events to their calendar as opposed to needing to download a file and follow a bunch of additional steps. Can we please simplify the add to calendar feature since it's such a significant feature for memberships?

Show first session only in Upcoming Events gadget
We offer classes for homeschooling kids. I want to have several upcoming events gadgets around the website showing which classes are starting soon. But I can't do that because it shows all the sessions of a class. So if Class A starts in 1 week and Class B starts in 3 weeks, then I get a gadget full of Class A sessions and Class B never even shows up. So I have to create and continually update manual upcoming events lists on multiple pages and it's pretty tedious. I would love to see a way to show only the first…

Vote to poll by link without login
I have created a poll for Admins only. I sent the link out via email to myself but have discovered that if I am not logged in and/or logged in but not in admin view I get the page not found (error 404). If I log in first and then go to admin view, the link takes me to the poll. People responding to an email link to a poll will usually not be logged in and get an error message.

Add Rate scale question to survey
Add increased functionality to allow questions on a 1 - 10 rating scale so that NPS type surveys can be done. Example -- on 1 - 10 scale, please rate our June program on abcdef.

Keep financial information about bundle after switching bundle administrator
This actually works quite well for us and is the main reason we chose WA. The only thing that I think can be confusing is that sometimes we switch who is the bundle administrator but the account information of previous invoices and payments stays with the member not the new bundle administrator – so you can be in a situation whereby clicking on the bundle administrator account doesn’t always tell the whole story financially

Integration with Meetup
Integration with Meetup for non-programmers. Meetup's market power comes from its Facebook-like ability to inform Meetup users of similar Meetups happening in their geographic area or in the user's area of interest; it is superior to Facebook in its ability to organize actual activities. If it were not for these features, Meetup could be ignored by Wild Apricot users.
