Provide event name on Financial documents
When using the Financial tab, it is difficult to tell the source of the transaction, other than the general "event registration". For events, it would be extremely helpful if the list displayed the name of the specific event. Now you have to open the transaction to see which event it is for.
This problem is even more apparent when viewing open balances from canceled registrations ---- WA does not record the source of the cancelation (except within the specific event). And since the invoice is deleted on cancels, there is no record in WA of the actual DATE of the…

Change Field Type For Existing Database Fields
I should like some flexibility to be able to change field types for existing database fields.
For example I have fields which are current defined as text. However members give different responses to the question in terms of capitalisation, abbreviations etc which make the behaviour of the search on data in that field erractic.
I'd like to be able to change such a text field to a picklist.
The database would still store a text value but the choice available to new members would be restricted by the list. Existing membership records would continue to hold the existing data until…

Ability to Edit Page Titles for Individual Blog Posts
I've noticed that one cannot edit the page title for individual blog posts which is a disservice to searchers. It appears that it defaults to the name of the overall blog and not the individual blog post.
Am I wrong? It would be a great improvement to blog to edit the page titles for each blog. I've never heard of a blog post otherwise except here.

Default setting for forum email frequency
It would be useful to have a global setting for the default forum email frequency -- immediate or weekly. If this is not feasible I think that the default should be weekly. Many members object to

Extra Information macro for Simple Events
We offer a number of webinars free of charge to our members, so I use the simple event template for promoting and registering for the webinars. I would like to have the macro "Extra Event Information" available for simple events, so that I can use that macro to share the log in information for the webinar through the registration and reminder emails.

There is flexibility to customize text in registration forms within our site today via under Website -> CSS. Can Wild Apricot product team consider extending this functionality to the member facing mobile app? Change default to exclude archived contacts in advanced search
Change ADVANCED SEARCH to search only current contacts by default. I suspect most searches are run against current contacts and therefore must always use the "NOT ARCHIVED" criteria. This would also solve the problem that there is no way to exclude archived contacts when searching using "ANY of the following criteria".

Multifactor authorization
I do not like the two factor authentication currently required of me on signin. I am an administrator. The double (or you could say triple) is upon signing in - first: name and password, second: click the "I am not a robot" box, third: identify crosswalks or bicycles or whatever. Are all of our members seeing this? It is over and above what is needed!

Show member list for a specific year
Surprisingly WA has no way to list who was a member in a particular year/time period. You can see member payments, but that ignores bundle members. So it is impossible to answer the question "how many members did we have last year versus this year". Would like a way to do this.

Unique Poll announcement Email
The Announcement Email for polls should be unique to each poll. Currently the announcement email must remain generic as it is sent with every poll that is distributed. It would save time if we could create a unique announcement for each poll without having to go to the WA email system.

Limit event registration by membership type using annual inventory
We limit attendance at events based on membership level on an annual basis.
Example:
Bronze = 2 events/year
Silver = 4 events/year
Platinum = 6 events/yearIt would be great if the system could track qty available and qty used and limit event announcements and registrations from those members who have used all available qty for the year.

Automatic Early Renewal Discounts
Discounts automatic (not a code) for annual renewal of membership.
In the past we've manually edited each member's invoice to create an early payment discount.
Request a less labor-intensive way of applying a limited time discount to all memberships.
Or provide functionality to apply a credit to all memberships in a certain level.

Event Forums (member app)
When creating an event, also create a temporary forum that participants are automatically subscribed to. The forum would be shown in the member app and they can post questions about their event right on the member app. (Similar post regarding forums being available on the app already exists). This request would tie in with that one. The new event forum would behave similar to description button in the app, but would open a conversation page where the participant or event leader or admin can post comments.
