Select Duration for cancelling registrant without receiving payment
I have a request. I like to have this 15-minute option to be more flexible.
We expect registrants to complete payment within 14 days from the registration date.
It would be wonderful if there is a form or drop-down menu to select days.
We're consistently getting people failing to register because they weren't able to complete event registration in 15 minutes. We don't want to let people register without paying, but we'd like to give them a little more time, whether its 30 minutes, an hour, etc. Can this be a per event option, or site wide at least?

It would be great if you could extend the auto cancellation time from 15 to 30 minutes for events. E we are finding that 15 minutes is not enough time for some people.

I have created an event and I choose for the delegates to register and pay only online. At the moment, in the registration settings, if a delegate does not complete the registration in 15 minutes, this gets cancelled automatically.
In more than one instance, I realized that the registration got automatically canceled, even if the delegate had paid their registration. So the situation at the moment is that: delegates have paid for the event, but their registration in WildApricot got cancelled. And this is creating quite a lot of confusion and disruption to the organization of the event. Is there a way to extend this time?

Hello. I am the Guild of Oregon Woodworkers Registrar. I mange all the event postings, the registrations, cancellations and refunds. I balance accounts and am the first person most people come in contact concerning the website.
We have people who, sometimes, register for events, then do not pay for the event. They take up a spot that otherwise might be going to a paying customer. I must monitor this manually and sometimes these registrations slip by me.
I am wondering if it's possible to change the registration process slightly, when using the choice to PAY ONLINE OR OFFLINE.
When creating an event, under the choice Pay Online or Offline, I would like to see that a persons registration is automatically canceled unless they have remitted payment within 7 days, +/- of registration. This gives someone ample time to send a check. We still have people who refuse to use PayPal or a credit card.
I see an automatic cancel feature after 15 minutes is under the PAY ONLINE only button. It would help us out if something like it was under the PAY OFFLINE or ONLINE button.
Anything you can do would really be appreciated.

We don't need the 14days option but I get their point.
What is happening to us is that 15minutes is TOO SHORT.
With bad internet in Australia and payment providers based overseas, people are getting their registration cancelled before the gateway responds. And yet, they have paid.
