We're consistently getting people failing to register because they weren't able to complete event registration in 15 minutes. We don't want to let people register without paying, but we'd like to give them a little more time, whether its 30 minutes, an hour, etc. Can this be a per event option, or site wide at least?

Kinda silly that its been a year and this is still not implemented. This is basic functionality on other membership and event handling platforms I've used. I resorted to manually warning people in the event description and manually processing the cancellation and refunds.
