Application for Joint Membership: Both Members Apply with One Application
The process for applying for joint membership does not work well. The administrator completes the application, but there is nowhere for that person to add their partner or spouse at the time of application. After the main member has been approved, it is near impossible to get that member to add their spouse after the fact, even after I send a personal email asking them to do so. Gift Memberships for the holidays, birthdays and special occasions.
Allow one person so set-up and pay for membership and "gift it" to someone else. Currently there is a workaround be setting up a Google form, and then our admin creates the invoice. Its too much manual work and payment is not smooth. Would be best if WA had an new membership workflow, with online payment and it generated a simple gift certificate for the person to give to the recipient. Other orgs (zoo, museums, etc...) have this function.

group billing
Provide a way to group multiple invoices for different members to be selected/grouped/paid by a single individual payment. This IS NOT a capability of membership bundling. I want each membership to remain in a separate record, but I need the ability for a single invoice to accumulate charges for multiple individuals. For example, I have one organization that has 4 individual memberships in our organization for their employees. Bring back the DISCARD email button please
Please bring back the discard email button!!!! During one of the updates the email system was changed and you can no longer discard the email you are working on. Because of this we are ending up with a whack of emails we have to go through and individually delete. This is a pain. The "Save and Exit" feature is great, but sometimes you don't want to save what you started, you just want to discard it without having to go to the effort of going to the Emails page to select the email and delete it. Great news! We have added waitlist cancellation options to our mobile app Wild Apricot for Members. The logic follows the same rules as for regular registrations. If cancellation is available for the ticket type, it will also be available for the waitlist.
We're looking into bringing this feature to our web app too. Stay tuned for updates and Happy Holidays!

Allow a single registration type have multiple prices depending on date
Currently I have to create separate registration types for each discount code, of which we have three (student plus two types of presenters) and regular registrants, so four total. Add those to the registration times (early, regular, and onsite), and now I have 12 for a single event. Even when I hide the date-based ones, not only is it confusing and unattractive for the registrant, it is also difficult to manage with any little edit since I have to do it 12 times.

What you are talking about is prorating the membership payment when members change their level - applying unused membership fee and/or reducing the new fee if new membership level is not for a full period. We are working on this - it would be great if you could start a new thread on the wishlist forum to explain how you would like to see it work.

Use blog title for URL
Currently blog article's URL is numeric based. This makes it unreadable for people who you share the link with and this is not good from SEO point of you. The URL has to use blog title.

It would be great if I could actually submit a refund through the Wild Apricot system, instead having to post the refund to the member's profile and then going to the gateway to actually process the request.

Identify where photos/documents are linked from the website
It would be great if you could click on a photo or document in Files and see where it is linked from on the website. Perhaps there could also be a shortcut to see which photos/documents are not linked anywhere, because maybe they are old and should be deleted.

Member downloadable CSV for specified Member/Contact List Search
As an admin, I want to specify a specific saved search of the Member/Contact List and make that available to members as a downloadable CSV on a WildApricot widget or web page.
I would like this to be automatically updated at the time of download, so it's always up to date.
I would like to be able to specify which fields will appear in the CSV, as opposed to all of them exporting.

combine event and member registration
We need to combine an event (our annual conference) with membership application on the same registration page. In other words, as people sign up for the conference, they can click a box to become a member. Part of their $95 fee will be applied to conference registration and part to annual membership. Event and Membership Taxes - We need to be able to charge different taxes for events and memberships. In Canada, membership dues are taxed based on the province of residence. Taxes for event registrations are collected by the province in which the meeting is being held. But, for the province of Québec, the provincial tax is collected only for its residents. Meaning a non-resident of that province is taxed only the federal sales tax and not the provincial. Residents are taxed both taxes, the Federal and the Provincial taxes. Event pricing option for members vs non-members
Current Behavior: Event registration form allows you to add custom options with extra charge and allows you to display extra charge multiplier functions. None of these options allow control of display prices based on member vs non-member pricing.

Ability to Include "Share" buttons and Social Icons in Email Templates
Our team regularly sends out email blasts using WA, but one thing that really would make a difference for us that does not currently seem to be available is the ability to add in social media buttons, such as a Facebook "Share" or just social icons in general, to any part of an email template, as well as the option to be able to share the email in its entirety via email or social media. Allow for saving draft versions of blog post
I don't see a way to save a draft version of a blog post that I might be working on. As a result one need to make the post live even though you might need to make several revisions over a period of time to get it just right and truly ready for posting.
