Registration Fees Field with Event Set Up
Registration Fees - add a field to display and deduct registration fees for paid registration. System should automatically deduct the registration fee instead of returning the whole event rate. For example: Event rate $100, registration fee $10. The refunded/returned amount $90.

Prevent Errors in event announcement emails when editing an announcement
Under events, if an event is closed to a specific group, the email notices should default to just the selected group. I have once again invited our entire contact list to a board meeting because I edited an event email notice and when I saved it, the system placed the message to be delivered to all contacts. This is not intuitive to have to constantly redefine the emails when the event is restricted to a subset of the membership.

AUTO ADJUST TABLES CREATED
Could you also include "auto adjust" tables created? I cannot see the entire table created within the template parameters while accessing through mobile phones.
Thank you.

Single donation for multiple funds
Currently these is no way to direct a single donation to multiple funds. Our organization has several restricted funds, and many members will make a single donation but specify that there donation be applied to multiple funds. Example: A single donation of $75 is made, however the donator specifies that $25 goes to fund A, $25 goes to fund B and $25 goes to fund C. Having this capability would be an asset to our organizations donation/fundraising efforts.

required fields enforced in subscription form
We would like Wild Apricot to enforce that required fields included in a an email subscription form are filled in when members or existing contacts subscribe to emails.
Currently if you are a new contact, the subscription form will enforce you to fill in the required fields. If you are an existing contact or member, it forces you to sign in but does not enforce that you fill in the required fields that are included in the subscription form before you subscribe.

allow event registrants to email prospective guests to sign up under their registration
We host events that our members can invite guests under their umbrella. It would be great if there was a function after they register that allows them to forward and invitation to prospects to signup under their registration. Do you think this is possible with a custom developer? I am willing to pay to create this functionality

allow bios to be included in event registrations
I need to start creating registration forms for 7 different music competitions, mostly students, and we need bios from each applicant which will be printed in the convention program book. It would save a lot of chasing down of over 100 bios if there is a field where they can type in a word or character limited bio.

Recent Forum Posts Needs To List More Detail
Right now, recent forum posts just lists the post's title; it should also include which forum it's from, and which category it's from. There is plenty of room to add this and shouldn't take much code to do it.

Enable field Alphabetizing
I need to be able to alphabetize membership fields. For example, our organization has chapters in a small but growing number of states. In order to have an alphabetical list, I moved the names of the fields around, only to find it scrambled my records because of the index values associated with the fields. There has to be a way for you to develop something that lets users rearrange the fields without losing the index values associated with them.

Age restriction on bundle membership level
I recommend to put an option to restrict the age on bundle membership level. For example I signed up for a bundle membership and now i want to add my kids to the membership as member. Now the organization limit the age of those kids to 18 or under so as soon as the member administrator add kids 18+ the system should be reject them. Or if they add kids under 18 and as soon as the kids get 18 all parties should be notify and that kid should be opt out from the membership.

be able to include the "date last paid" field within the membership reports.
for our financial audit, our auditors would like to see the "Date last paid" for each active member so they can test membership paid per fiscal year against money received per fiscal year.

Proper Text capitialization
Set up text fields for proper capitalization, forcing first letter capital, others lower case.
While you are at it, allow some fields to be required information, thus not allowing them to be skipped.

Support variable price memberships types with minimum base price
Our organization has three different types of membership: individual, business and family. Each of these different types has a minimum base price. Each of these types also have "levels" based on the dues amount the member chooses to pay. (In our case all dues are tax deductible and are treated by the IRS as donations.)
It would be very useful to us if Wild Apricot allowed us to establish a membership type with a minimum required dues (e.g. donation) and then tracked the total donations made by that member during the current year and was able to report the level…4 votes -

Member List Sub Categories
Members > Summary > Member List
Every month we run a report and then remove the levels that are not part of the active membership metrics, like Administrative, Lifetimers and Guests. This takes lots of time every month.
Would like to sort the levels with a drop and drag motion into separate categories (renewals, admins, new, board, student, non-members) with sub totals instead of one long list of all the levels.
See attached rough example.

blacklist for events
A good tool to have is an events registration blacklist to prevent registration of public events by email address/name/address.

add a description of multisession events
If an event has multiple sessions it would be helpful to have a different description of each session rather than #1, #2, #3 etc ie Introduction, basic concepts, advanced concepts etc
