An error occurred while saving the comment No perfect idea for automating such kind of registrations, except that adding fields for maximum amount of roommates into each registration form and properly instruct registrants.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sorry for late follow up. As of now we're unable to customize payments page due to strict security restrictions - even adding a logo can be used as a potential security vulnerabilty.
We're aware of the problem and hope to solve it sometime. An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for posting this comment! We're aware of this problem and have made several attempts to solve this "3rd party site" feeling of payments page.
The main problem now is strict security rules applied to payments page (we process credit card numbers there, it should be secure!), and up to the moment we haven't found feasable solution here.
We'll keep posted on our progress in this thread -

An error occurred while saving the comment Tim, couple of clarifications:
1. Do you mean WA payment receipts for WA service or e.g. membership payment receipts?
2. If you're talking about the latter - have you tried taxes option in Wild Apricot? https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/44 -

An error occurred while saving the comment @Mike Simmons, we don't have this capability right now.
As a workaround, you can limit all registration types by time to 30 days before the event, so that noone will be able to register later. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Brennan, if we remove the box - do you want it to be considered checked? In other words - do you always want to save credit card details or, on the contrary, never do this?

An error occurred while saving the comment Mike, could you pleas elaborate? Do you want to distinguish overdue members or something else?
We have a bunch of other features on our plate - and we have to balance which ones to address first.
As for this particular improvement - we don't have immediate plans to address it in upcoming year. Sorry about this
