While it's not there yet directly, you can perfectly solve this by creating another ticket type with higher price and play with availability dates for original ticket type.
E.g. Standard registration is available until Dec 1st, after Dec 1st Late registration with higher fee is the only option. Look for more details here: https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/103-advanced-events-ticket-types-settings-tab#ticket-type-availability
