Need ability to sort events by date in financial reports
Right now, the events are listed in random order in financial reports. We need to add more info that's not included in the report, which is difficult when there is no order to the list. Even adding the event date as a column in the report would help so that we could sort the list ourselves.

better Directory integration for Wordpress Users
The Wordpress Community is immense and the feature rich environment would allow for your product to face on membership features. Existing WA templates feel clunky and a bit out dated and they don't integrate as well as they might -- Directory displayed in an iframe means confusing scroll bars and awkward navigation. Hopefully in the future there are cleaner ways to integrate the directory to display more seamlessly in a wordpress environment.

Not charge existing members initiation fee (extra charge costs) when they change levels.
Not charge existing members initiation fee (extra charge costs) when they change levels.
Initiation fee is only applicable to new members, not existing members who would like to change levels. It will be nice to have an extra cost field type applicable for new members only.4 votes -
Prohibit sending message from one's own profile
I am writing as a webmaster who must deal with confused members. Currently when a member is on the web page to edit his/her own profile, there is an option to send a message. There is no clue shown as to whom that message will go to, but I am quite certain it will only go back to the sender. That seems like a useless thing to do, and one likely to create confusion (because the member is likely to erroneously believe a society officer will see the message). I'd like to see <SEND> removed from the edit profile page.

Peer-to-peer WA user discussion group
I really wish Wild Apricot offered a true users' forum here. Sometimes I have issues that I'd like to bring to the community before I run off to tech support. For example: I've discovered that some of our automatic renewal e-mails were not sent. Some were for international e-mail accounts (e.g., .ca, .uk). About half of the Hotmail addresses didn't go. And for some, I just can't find a reason. Before I call up tech support, it would be great if I could just post a question in a peer forum here to see if this is something others have…

Integration with Publisher
I would like it if Wild Apricot was integrated with Publisher to send out emails to members. The formatting tools on Wild Apricot are limiting enough that it makes it difficult to do all I would like. Integration with Publisher would solve that.

Wordpress Sign-In Uses Member Status Data
For Wordpress single sign-in, I'd like to gate members (create user types) based on their Status field entry.
In addition to or instead of their Level.
This will allow us to ensure that the member is currently active.
Thank you so much!

Registration type with a drop down feature
Need a registration type that has a drop down option with charge calculation.
Examples:
1@20
2@40
3@60Another way would be:
Full package @ 275
Daily package 1 @ 155
Daily package 2 @ 170

For now, you can workaround it by using “extra-cost” fields in the event registration form. See https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Extra+event+registration+costs+-+dynamic+event+pricing

Mobile App - View Membership Status when Viewing event registrants
We need to be able to check-in registrants and also view their membership status at the same time. This way, we can gather payments for membership dues at the event.
Currently, I have to check-in registrants and then visit their profile to view their status. There are many screens to visit before locating their status (if they have renewed or are still pending).
Is it possible to have the event registrations screen also display their membership status?4 votes -
Event systems pages
Please consider adding the functionality of additional event details and event registration systems pages. We run events that require completely different logos and branding from all of our other events; it would be beneficial to be able to create separate pages for these.

Make a handy way to Re-order events in event list
If you use the same format as event fields on registration forms, to toggle up and down, this would allow events that start at the same time/date to be reordered. There are lots of folks that would like this feature so that they can have a certain order to their events.

Print membership confirmation page
Create a simple option for members to log in and print a page that confirms their current membership, without showing all their personal profile details. For our association, we are a chapter of a national association. Our members get a discount on the national dues if they can provide a letter documenting their current membership in the state chapter. It would be great if they could log in and print this themselves, rather than contacting us for a letter every time. Should be very easy!

Change appearance of membership application gadget, when member is already logged in.
The current view that a logged-in member has of the membership application gadget looks like a broken link or an error. We would like the option to change the error graphic, and/or modify the text. Photo attached.

Enable greater segmentation of automatic Announcement mailings.
Enable segmentation of automatic email sends. We would like to send a different message to Members vs. Non-members, but do not want to "waste" one of the three automatic Announcement emails to do so. I tried clicking "send now" to one list, then revising the message, but there's a flaw in that approach: The first batch had not been completed, and after I revised the email in preparation for sending to the second batch, the first batch got the REVISED version -- presumably because I had not waited for the first batch to get through the queue. (And there's also…

Force first login to shutdown if a second login is attempted
Members can't reset password, since the browser they are using saved some data that makes WA think they are still logged in. This is a very difficult problem to explain to many people and Clearing their Cache is not a thing they do often. Since they can be using any of a number of browsers and versions it makes it hard and time consuming to help them.
Rather than WA reporting an error, I think it would be better to force close anything that is causing this duplicate login problem.
I'm far from an expert here but this is a…4 votes -
Allow dual conditions for access to membership areas. You must be in the selected membership type but not in this group list.
Would allow you to restrict problem members from accessing membership areas until the problem is resolved. Program would check if they are in a specified membership type but would also check that they are NOT in the named group. This could also be in the positive mode by Requiring them to be in specific group list.

A quick way to tally event registrants from previous years
Would be great if the system would offer a quick way to tally event registrants from previous year. As it s now the only way is: The most accurate way to find this number would be to go to Events > Event list, export your registrants to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the green Export registrants button, and then perform further filtering within Excel. For example, you could narrow down your list to only show registrants who signed up for events with a "Start date" in 2016. Since each row would be a registrant, it would be easy to quickly…

More Flexibility to Specify Members Included in Directory
At the moment, the only members that can appear in the Directory gadget are statuses Active and Pending-Renewal.
Even if the Directory is set to display from a Saved Search that includes other member statuses, those members are still excluded.
I suggest that when the Saved Search specifically includes other statuses, those members should not be automatically excluded.
In other words, if the Directory gadget specifies a Saved Search and the search includes a Member Status criterion, then the default exclusions on status should not be applied.
This will have more flexibility if and when multiple logic levels are implemented…
