Allow Event Admins to only be able to edit their own events and not add new events
It is incredibly helpful for event organizers to be able to manage their own events but not cool when they start trying to mess with someone else's events or add a new event and don't do it correctly. We import all of our events from a Google Sheet so they all conform to the same conventions and event organizers do not need to be able to add any events themselves.

Allow Editing Name of and Add Description Space to Event, Individual Sessions
We are a hiking club that offers 4 hikes a day (by ability level), 2 days a week. Currently we use a TeamUp Calendar to post hike descriptions and pre-sign up hikers and have embedded it on our homepage. But TeamUp doesn't provide a unique ID for each user or allow Admin to store Wild Apricot IDs so there's no data interface.
If we could edit each Event Session Name and add a description to each, we could set up a series of group hikes by day.If you have any other solution - let me know.

Default Setting Discrepancy for "Include Name in list of event registrants" Checkbox
We’ve noticed an inconsistency in the default setting for the “Include name in list of event registrants” option.
On the website: Checked by default for event registrations. Unchecked by default for waitlist registrations.
On the app: Checked by default for both event and waitlist registrations.
To be consistant across platforms and reduce anonymous registrations when members are moved from the waitlist to the event list, could you update the default for the waitlist checkbox to be checked? We would really appreciate it if this could be done.4 votes -

Customize timeout to cancel registration if payment is not made immediately
Currently the option to cancel a registration if payment is not made has a 15 minute limit. We would like the ability to change that to 24 hrs.

Better email client support for multi column layouts
In recreating MailChimp templates in WA I noticed that multi column MailChimp layouts that work fine in all email clients tested are displayed as one column when recreated in WA. e.g. Roundcube Web Mail, GMA Web Mail, and Thunderbird. Would like to ask that the code behind these templates is fixed for better support for more mail clients such as these.

Need to be have mobile phone vs. home phone fields in profile
Please create home vs mobile/cell fields for the profiles. Need to be able to format directory, identify cell numbers for texting etc.

Option To Restore Files After Deletion
After deleting a file or folder, have an option to restore the file or folder from the user's side of things. It would be useful in situations where files or folders are deleted by mistake.

Allow the creation of signature blocks for use with all email templates (membership, event and manual)
Similar to any email interface, allow the creation of signature blocks for use in all email templates (membership, event, and manual). Existing organization macros do not contain all information that may be contained in a signature, i.e. company address, phone number. In our organization, emails mail be signed by the one of the Board members, committee chairs or committees, but come from the same organization email address.

Bulk update membership level emails
Being able to choose which levels to update with renewal reminder notices - instead of ALL or just the default. We have several membership levels, to which we want to send the same reminder notices for some and differently worded notices for others. Having to update each reminder for each level is extremely time consuming!

Add the feature to "Automatically activate a Registration" at a set time.
Currently events must be activated (to allow registration) by manually toggling a slider button. Would be nice to have registrations opened by a set schedule automatically.

Polls update - see anon participants but not their entries
Client would like polls to have a feature where anon responses can still record WHO voted without seeing their responses. This is to verify that they actually voted.

SMS Event Announcements .. ability to send to Non-Responders just like email announcements
Integrate SMS notifications into Event Communications using similar categories as Email, including Announcements, Reminders and Confirmation SMS.
Most importantly, we need ability to send SMS Event Announcement to members that have a status of "No Reply" for an event (filter out those that are Registered or Not Attending). In the current SMS implementation, all members will receive a text message regardless if they have responded or not. This may feel like spam to some as they have already registered with the system that they are "Attending" or "Not Attending"

Unsupported File Types Should Produce Error Code in HTML
When inserting a file type into an email editor, event description, or the website, including unsupported image formats, the software should produce an error code to notify the user before they are able to proceed with their content.

Membership card formatting - background image
We already have a physical membership card design which includes significantly more graphical content than the templates available online. We'd like to be able to upload our existing design in high-resolution as a background image that covers the entire card area, and then place the relevant text fields as we require. Can we do this?

expiration date on posts
It is very important to have an expiration date on posts. We would like to delete posts older than 90 days, and we have to do it manually, very time consuming for Admin.
