Membership Report Table
The table currently provided for the Membership Report does not include the counts for each time period (day, week, month) for the full report. For example the table for the past 3 months with time period month, only provides the beginning and end count, not all three monthly counts. This information is in the charts, but not in the table.

10x better functionality on blogs
I would be really nice if Wild Apricot could have some nice blog layouts, it's really impossible to share updates with our community at he moment.

New anti-spam features
We are getting hammered by Russian spam bots. They are creating new contacts, several a day. We have the re-captcha activated but this isn't enough and the issue is urgent. The spam bots are also pledging huge donations, so if you can make them pay up, then no need to block them in the future!

Making member dues payment easier
I would like an enhancement of the bundle admin/member rights setup. I would like to have all members of a bundle be able to pay the yearly dues. As it is now only one member, the admin, has access to the invoice payment portal through the member profile. In my experience the person who is attempting to pay may randomly be the non admin and they will run into a roadblock in the member profile and not know why they cannot pay. The fallback is that they write a check and mail it to me which is the situation that…

moderated or two step event registration
We'd like to be able to create moderated or two step registration. So someone could register for an event, then a moderator can approve the registration, then the attendee can pay.
Why? For example, if the event includes use of equipment (in our case kayaks), then the moderator can ensure that the equipment is available, ensure the user is approved for using that equipment and reserve the equipment. Then approve the registration so the attendee can pay.4 votes -
Support dividing questions into sections in polls
Polls / surveys often include groups of questions on a particular topic. It would be helpful if polls could be a bit more structured, allowing the questions to be divided into sections with a heading for each section.

adding a new entry to a drop-down list
With drop-down lists, users can choose from the list of choices presented but cannot write in an entry of their own. Please add the ability for a user to add a new entry to the list. For example, if a drop-down list in the field "Member Type" already has "Professor, Postdoc Fellow, Graduate Student, Senior Researcher, Lecturer" and the user doesn't see an appropriate choice, he/she can do an ad-hoc entry, say "Independent Researcher".

Automatically send email to manually created waitlist registrant
There doesn't seem to be a way to send the default 'new waitlist registration' email someone who has been added to the waitlist manually. It is sent automatically if they register and the event is full but if I add them manually it doesn't send. The 'Send Email' links on the waitlist page only link to a blank email or template but both options remove the link to the event so it's impossible to create an email using any event merge fields.

Hide contact list information from admins who just have event creation capability.
We need to be able to hide the contact information on the contact list from system admin who have just got event creation rights. Member information is hidden but not contact information and those with event creation access have the ability to extract a full contact list. This puts us potentially in breach of the Australian Privacy act as we need to ensure that contact information is restricted.
Having the ability to extract a list of email addresses etc creates a significant exposure for our members and creates a liability that at the moment we can only manage by not…

Show event attendance in public registration details
When someone tries to print out their event attendance from their profile, the Checked in mark does not show up. Is that a feature that could be added? Our members can use this report for reporting continuing education hours.

Cancel by Attendee is Confusing
We host many small group no-fee events and need attendees to be able to cancel themselves but the process of cancelling causes confusion. When they go to My Event Registrations they see a list of events. To see the Cancel button then need to click on an event but not on the event title. Many of them click on the event title and see the event listing. Also having the contact Admin to make changes banner means they do not realise they can cancel themselves. archive store orders
Once an online ordering event is complete need the ability to clear out store orders for that event. Either delete orders or archive them. Some way to clear out the Order screen so only currently running store events are displayed.

Add options for digital products, e.g. different formats for e-books
We are a bookstore/publisher - and we sell a physical version plus 3 digital versions (mobi, epub and pdf) of each of our books. With the current design we will have to make FOUR separate products for every ONE book/product we sell (i.e. three for digital and one for physical).

Include available credits and net balance due in invoices
The macro {AmountOwing} for invoices appears to be a misnomer. The macro does not respect any general credits available on the account, so it is only the amount owing to the specific invoice. In commercial billing it is standard practice for invoices to inform customers of any remaining credits on their account and the net balance due. Please support including available credits and net balance due in invoices.
P.S. It appears that the net balance due is available in the macro {ContactBalanceAmount}. However, including this on an invoice without reference to the credits which cause it to differ…4 votes -
We would like the ability to set a minimum value for an order in the online store before allowing the buyer to check out.
If the buyer buys $1.00 worth of merchandise it is not worth it to us with the credit card fees, etc. We would like to specify that they order at least $5.00 worth of books before they can check out. Thank you.

There needs to be a way I can get stats from my website on the number of events each member has attended per year
there is currently no easy way I can get stats from my WA website on the number of events each member has attended per year. I would like to be able to get a report with easy access to this info.

Letter identifiers for the profile numbers 1-50, etc.
The admin section identifies the people found on each profile page 1-50 and on, by the first three letters of the first person to the first three letters of the last personon the page. It would really help members to quickly find their names and those of others in the organizations.

Flexibility for Reoccurring Events
Flexible options for reoccurring events and organization schedule for the calendar.
Recurring events could be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, annually. The flexibility to have the event posted reoccurring based on options similar to Google Calendar would be a great benefit.
