Display the contact's photo on the mobile Event Check-In page.
This would be very helpful when our greeters are approached by new members for event check-in. They wouldn't need to ask for the member's name if they could see the photos for all the registrants on the check-in page.

Admin notification for Stop Recurring Payments action by member
Create an automated administrator notification triggered when a member stops recurring payments.
Our member managers do not see this until the paid membership period is over and it may be too late to reach out to the member to see if any problems need to be resolved.

reference files by uid
File references in Wild Apricot show the full path to the file in the websites file structure. Revealing such internal structure is a security risk. For example, it makes it easier for outsiders to scan the file/directory structure looking for files with inappropriate/inadequate security settings.
Our former platform, Groupspaces, used UIDs to refer to files (e.g. in links). Make event guest name visible when they are a Member
Make the names of event guests visible on the "public" view of the Calendar. Currently only the name of the member doing the registration shows up, even if their "guest "is a registered Member ( usually a spouse), the guest name does not appear, simply the mention "+1 guest".

Permit $0.00 Amount In-Kind Donation Receipt
Donations:
Permit "$0.00 value for In-kind donations. Presently, we are forced to place a monetary value in the "Amount" tab.

Send renewal reminder blasts on demand and specific date
We decided to send a renewal reminder email blast today because we had volunteers available to assist members and answer questions via website live chat support. Changing the number of days for a reminder to be sent before the due date to today did not trigger the email blast. Apparently that number needs to be entered at least the day before. Planning ahead is one thing, being able to take advantage of a good opportunity is another. Additionally, It would be helpful to have the ability to pick the exact date for a blast to go out rather than count…

Cancelled guests on guest lists
I'm working on my guest list for next week and I have to say, it's rather frustrating that when I export the guest list from WA that it keeps all the registrations that were canceled on my excel spreadsheet, do you know why it does that?

Final monitor before email blasts
Is there a way that someone can be setup as an email administrator - meaning give the final OK before emails go out? Mostly interested when events don't use the right groups and end up sending to all our contacts! YIKES. It looks like there is an email administrators button but it is not active for me as the overall administrator. Thanks for any help if this is already something that is available. Editor not showing full file name
in the email editor, I tried to insert a file. It worked OK, except it only showed me a portion of the file names. I had to exit and go to Files to determine which one I wanted.

Search products
Please consider:
In the products portion of the store there needs to be a way to search for products. This could be accomplished by either the tags used for the catague displays or by meta words used in the product name description. I'm sure there are other options as well.

Thank You note in Event section
A thank you note for the Event section. We just completed an event last night and I wanted to thank those who attending for coming. I used a Reminder email but had to change the registration date in order activate the emails. Once the event is completed we are unable to use the emails in the Event section to address the people who have attended. I would like Wild Apricot to include a Thank You option with the event emails.

We would like to address rejoining members separately from renewing
According to the way we’ve been operating:
- A new member is someone who has never been a member before; WA is set up for that. WA generates an e-mail response welcoming new members.
A renewing member is someone who was a member in the previous calendar year (renewal due 12/15), but renews any time from 12/15 to 12/14 (e.g., 12/15/18 - 12/14/19). WA is set up for that. WA generates an e-mail response thanking a member for renewing.
A rejoining member is someone who last renewed outside the standard renewal period; in this example, before 12/15/17 (their membership will have…

Hide Custom Event Fields
Event Custom Fields - add the ability to “hide” custom fields from the Registration Form. This would allow options that have “Sold Out” to be removed from the form but still allow the data to be retained and reported.

Better reporting features
It would be fantastic if we could have a few more export features so that reports will be easier to manipulate and read. One example is the donors list should be able to be calculated by fields for the entire year. Another example, is the event list should be able to be printed out in an editable format so when we make a brochure the information is easier to transfer.

Auto generated email for non participants who registered
We started having a reoccurring problem with people registering for events and then not cancelling nor showing up. It would be REALLY convenient to be able to send out an auto email for those that registered, but not attended. So that way they know that we were aware they registered and did not attend. I really like the feature for auto emails for when people register saying they are confined, and when someone cancels. This would take it a step further and would be greatly appreciated and super convenient. Thank you

Report Group Folders
As my saved searches list continues to grow, the time has come to organize them based on function (audit, new, lapsed, groups, etc). It would be great to be able to create some report groups to subcategorize them into.
In the meantime, I could live with doing this based on the name of each report. To do so would easier if I could rename existing reports (can't do that). But I suppose I could just run the report and save a new one with a name Audit-Lapsed Members by Type instead of being in it's own folder.
