  1. Saving Invoice Line Item

    There should be a way to save invoice line items and create a drop-down list so some manner of consistency exists. makes no sense that there is no drop-down if predefined items.. I have never seen accounting that does not have the option to select or create a list of invoice line items!

  2. archive store orders

    Once an online ordering event is complete need the ability to clear out store orders for that event. Either delete orders or archive them. Some way to clear out the Order screen so only currently running store events are displayed.

  3. Add options for digital products, e.g. different formats for e-books

    We are a bookstore/publisher - and we sell a physical version plus 3 digital versions (mobi, epub and pdf) of each of our books. With the current design we will have to make FOUR separate products for every ONE book/product we sell (i.e. three for digital and one for physical).
    We are absolutely thrilled to see you have added digital products, Thank you! Unfortunately, for most people selling digital products, most of us will need to offer 3 different versions of the digital product, and for many of us, a physical version as well...

  4. Include available credits and net balance due in invoices

    The macro {AmountOwing} for invoices appears to be a misnomer. The macro does not respect any general credits available on the account, so it is only the amount owing to the specific invoice. In commercial billing it is standard practice for invoices to inform customers of any remaining credits on their account and the net balance due. Please support including available credits and net balance due in invoices.
    P.S. It appears that the net balance due is available in the macro {Contact
    BalanceAmount}. However, including this on an invoice without reference to the credits which cause it to differ…

  5. We would like the ability to set a minimum value for an order in the online store before allowing the buyer to check out.

    If the buyer buys $1.00 worth of merchandise it is not worth it to us with the credit card fees, etc. We would like to specify that they order at least $5.00 worth of books before they can check out. Thank you.

  6. There needs to be a way I can get stats from my website on the number of events each member has attended per year

    there is currently no easy way I can get stats from my WA website on the number of events each member has attended per year. I would like to be able to get a report with easy access to this info.

  7. Letter identifiers for the profile numbers 1-50, etc.

    The admin section identifies the people found on each profile page 1-50 and on, by the first three letters of the first person to the first three letters of the last personon the page. It would really help members to quickly find their names and those of others in the organizations.

  8. Editing existing or creating new macros for invoice template

    Hello,
    I need to create or edit an invoice macro in Wild Apricot and am unable to do so. I've searched in the application as well as online for how to do this, with no solutions that I can see. It is not user-friendly to not allow editing of existing or adding new macros.

  9. Flexibility for Reoccurring Events

    Flexible options for reoccurring events and organization schedule for the calendar.

    Recurring events could be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, annually. The flexibility to have the event posted reoccurring based on options similar to Google Calendar would be a great benefit.

  12. Online store product only admin

    In the admin functions for the online store >shopkeeper, could you create a 2nd level with only access to add product, not access to orders? An alternative would be to create an input template so users could input product to the shop - that is the goal I'm trying to get to.

  14. "Other" option with chance to fill in what "Other" means

    I would love "Other:__________" option for registration of events or even within the membership area. I like to ask the question of "Where did you learn about this opportunity?" to improve our marketing. Rather than only listing: website, social media, presenter, etc. I love having "Other:_________" and a chance for that person to explain what "Other" means to them. Perhaps it could be an add-on for the multiple choice?

  15. Invoices should have option for automatically added prefix

    We end up merging several sources of information into quickbooks. When our payments come in, they are obvioulsy marked with WA-xxxxxxxx, so easy to identify, and no conflicts.
    Invoices just come in as 00014, and could conflict with other input numbering schemes.
    Would be nice if invoices could be exported as WA-00014

  16. automatic membership application for non-member donors

    When a non-member makes a donation, it would be nice to have an option to generate a membership application from the donation form. We have donors who think they are members but never joined. And if they made a significant donation, it would be nice to be able to give them the benefits of membership without more effort on their part.

  18. Site wide search and replace function would cover many suggestions

    Anything that appears in more than one place and needs to be changed, such as telephone numbers and copyright dates, should be reached via a site-wide search and replace function. This would address a multitude of requests already listed.

    When an email is sent to members, there is a number of emails that are excluded because of being disabled or opt out, etc. Please make the ability to see a list of these names so that we can correct any mistakes.

  20. Mobile Member QR scanning

    I like the QR scan capability of the admin app, but I don’t like it being limited to the admin mobile app because the person using it ALSO has access to edit all member information, and many other parts of the Wild Apricot account. We really don’t want to be authorizing all of our leaders to have such access to the WA account, when all they are doing is checking event registrants into the event. That’s entirely too risky for us. They could easily go into their account or the account of another and change the financial settings, for example.…
