Make all custom form field types available for donation form, i.e. File attachment
All of the field types that are available for custom membership form fields should be available for custom donation form fields. Currently, some of the field types are not available.

Please make "file attachment" an available field to use in the donation form. I tried adding it via the common fields in the contact area, but if a member is logged in and trying to donate the "file attachment" field is removed.
