Choose Layout in Advanced Search
To improve: On the Advanced Search page, make it possible to choose a saved custom Layout.
To make it amazing: On the Advanced Search Page, make it possible to alter the Layout just as it is now possible to alter the Search criteria.

Need individual write access feature to folders and files.
WA has good "read" access rules for the folders and file but Write access is practically missing. We have many contributors to the web site and upload files. I don't want to give many people admin rights. Currently all files upload goes through me. This is not practical.

Easy for customers to cancel regisrations
It would be nice if registrants for events could receive a confirmation email with a link where they could cancel their registration in one click.

Email Text Formatting
In the Email Template I often encountera formattting problem where the text is basically on top of itself. This happens both when I copy and paste text from a .doc and when I type in the text. It would be very helpful if this did not happen. It takes extra time and is very frustrating.

Email distribution for manual waitlist registration
Waitlist -- When manually moving a guest from waitlist to registration list the "Send notification" should include distribution to the event organizer. Currently, distribution includes the event organizer when using auto registration.

Sign Up For Newsletter Widget
Hi. I would like to suggest a gadget that would be placed for newsletter sign up. Drag it, and simply enter email address, click on SUBMIT, and the widget would change to Thank You!

Rewrite App for Monthly Repeating events
Please create a wizard for setting up duplicate activities for the Calendar. I have 6 committees that meet monthly and I have to go in and create each one of those 70 individually. What a waste of time!

Import Membership Discount Codes
RE: Groups:) It would be great if this feature was available.
The ability to import DISCOUNT codes for MEMBERSHIPS. Each of our partners is allowed a certain number of discounted memberships. We currently have 100+ partners so that means 200+ codes that we will have to manually enter.4 votes -
Customize event emails by tags
I would love to see an option where I can set default emails for events by the type of event (how it is tagged). For example, I could create one set of email templates for all events tagged as "classes" and another one for all events tagged as "performances."

Event registration type availability to select contacts/members

Currently you can limit a registration type by Everyone, Members only, or require a Registration Code to use the registration type.Desired functionality:

We offer "First time attendee free" registration to our meetings. However we have people that have abused this offer by using it more than once. I would like to setup a contact common field for "Used First Time Attendee Registration" as a Yes/No field. Then create a contact search to retrieve all contacts that ARE NOT "Yes".…4 votes -
Reports by Tags
It would be so very helpful to run reports using tags. i.e. tag: 2 hour workshop (assign to event), run report on 2 hour workshops. I could then export into excel and import into my financial system.

Export blast email data
I would like to be able to export the name, email, and blast filters (not opened, opened not clicked, clicked) in separate fields from the tracking list. This would enable me to do a spread sheet comparing monthly successes vs failures to contact.

Need 'after sign up' emailed to go out 24, 48 and 72 hours later
We need an email sequence that sends out after the member subscribes to subscription. We would like a 24 hour after, 48 hour after, and 72 hours to make sure they are getting plugged in correctly

Hide/archive a contact or membership field
Once fields have served their purpose currently the only way to keep them but not show them to members is to make them Internal use fields. But this may make the administrative UI cluttered if there are many fields. Deleting these "archived" fields and the underlying data is the only option.
It would be nice if these fields could be "hidden" or archived for future access but only once "unarchived". Similar functionality as for contact archiving but for attributes of a contact or member.

Archived Membership
Allow a report to be run with members that are archived from membership. This would allow us to run a report and follow up with those members.

Email Event Registrants in Email Section
Allow event registrants to be added as a list of those you can email outside of the event. I just spent time creating an email to send to registrants of an event, and now I have to go into the event to redo the email to be able to send to registrants. These registrants should automatically show up as a list I am able to select from the contacts/members, etc.

Limit the number of Members in a Group
Ability to limit number of members in a group. We are a Social Organization with approximately 60 groups with activities running year round. Depending upon the activity, there is a limit to the number of people who can be involved... either the activity itself is limited or the venue is limited.

Statements
Please consider adding an option to send a statement as an attachment to an email within the customer's profile WITHOUT having to print. Also the ability to pay from the statement.
