Allow configuration of Group administrators to approve their team's membership applications
A sports club usually has several teams (i.e. groups) within it, each of which will require periodic renewal and new applicant approvals. Each team is managed by an individual manager who is ideally placed to authorise renewals and new membership applications for his/her particular team. When a new applicant applies for membership of the club they are required to select the appropriate team on their application form (e.g. age group). Recording multiple payments
When recording multiple payments, have the ability to get back to the list with one key stroke. I go back to Dashboard, then back to finances to record the next payment. There has to be an easier way.

Location or Zip Code search needed on event calendar
I REALLY need my members to be able to sort the calendar of events by Location (City or Zip or both), Registration Fee, newly added to calendar. Right now there doesn't seem to be anything but date. This is very important since we use this software primarily for the events.

Display checkbox edits & results in columns, rather than one neverending list
I have certain fields with MANY entries (over 200) and members who often will select all 200. I can't have individual drop down lists, because to have 200 dropdown lists is unmanageable and looks way too complicated. The next option: to have checkboxes. However, the way the system is, when members edit their profiles, they are presented with a huge vertical list. There is SO much white space to the right that could be used to make the presentation more professional, so that one doesn't have to scroll through 3 pages just to get to the bottom of the list.…

Export Invoice data to Access database or TXT files
I would like a new Invoice Export to assist me to getting invoice data to access to print many invoices at one time via a report.
The export format would be either an access database (or individual text files that could be easily imported as individual tables into an Access database). It would understood that a custom invoice would need to created in Access by the Exporter.

Multiple Pages for 2-Day Conference
Would like to be able to have the option of creating multiple pages for an event. For example for a large 2-day conference, we would need different pages for sponsorship, speakers, exhibitors, registration, etc. The pages would not be limited in width by having the registration on the side. The pages would need to be the full width of the page and the links to the different pages of the event could be added with buttons and placed anywhere on the page - on either side, top, or bottom. Event sub topics
Is it possible to set up an event that has several seminar topics with each topic having several tracks? Here is an example:
Our event has training on several different fields: Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Civil Engineering, Security/Video, Special Hazards, Crossover.
Under each of these are classes offered at different times throughout the day. As an example, under Fire Alarm we might have:

9:30 - 10:30 Alarms 101
11:30 - 12:30 Inspection & Testing Certification

Fix: Viewing widgets locks me out of admin view
I have some widgets - event calendar, mailing list form - embedded in my non-WA site. Whenever I view those pages on my site and then switch back to the (Firefox) browser tab with Wild Apricot in it, I get kicked out of admin view and get an Access Denied error. The only way to get WA working again is to log out and back in again.

Events sponsorship amounts
The ability for outside sponsors to financially sponsor events by filling in the amount they wish to contribute an event (rather than a set dollar value) via the Events Section. And then be able to track this separately.

allow application of templates without erasing the text
Currently, when I apply a new template to existing email, the entire content of the email is erased. Also if I update a template centrally - say for a footer change - it does not get applied to all the emails using that template. I have to go and edit all the email templates to propogate that simple footer change. Please improve the way you design/apply.adopt templates to membership/event/finance emails.

have step by step instructions for EVERYTHING like you do for setting up PayPal
I'm new and I'm spending countless hours every day, trying to figure out how to do something and wasting valuable time. Your Help section says a lot of "you can do this and you can do that" and "you can create this and you can create that" and you show a picture of what you're talking about but there are no step by step instructions on how to go about doing anything. Ipad app improvements
From our registrar: I've also been using the iphone app, also pretty great, but it would be nice if it showed more of the event details (which tends to be the sort of thing I want to check on the fly (dates and prices) it would also be great if I could sort the list of names of the registrants differently like by order of registration or registration type.
