Better admin invoice settlement ergonomics needed
Express invoice settlement in admin financial transactions. The current admin finance forms to record the payment then settle the unsettled invoices one at a time until the funds are used up is somewhat slow. It would be preferable to have a check box model like that in profile/finances payment screen.
The user story is that an organization is transitioning from offline payment to online payment and needs to be able to efficiently support both processes (we're 1000 members creating 8000 or so registration invoices to settle per quarter).

Increase Zoom Feature for Product Photos
Increase zoom feature on product photos. Right now it seems like the zoom is only a slight increase, less than 25%. Increase the zoom to 50% or allow admin to select their zoom preference for each product (25%, 50%, 75%).

Forum responses not useful or organized
The Forum is really hard for people to use. You can't quote an original question in a response, and your response is not threaded with the original question. So a person must read through all responses to get to the one they want.
Needs better organization.

catalog display suggestions
Love the new catalog/shopping cart. Would like to be able to control the order of items in each catalog. Also would like the number to appear with a comma after the thousands: 10,000.

Charge Canadian users in Canadian dollars
Briefly: Charge Canadian users in Canadian dollars. The use of US $ causes "fiscal pain" with the fluctuations in exchange rates.

Need different "Amount" settings per donation gadget
Need the ability to customize the system field "Amount" settings per donation gadget - e.g. one donation form lets people fill in their own amount, but another uses pre-set amounts. Right now there's only a single setting for all gadgets.
Also would be good to have a per-gadget setting for who gets the donation notifications.

Email Auto Reminders for Other Open Invoices
Would like options to set auto emails for open invoices other than just membership invoices. ie: events and manual invoices created when open for 30/60/90 days etc. the system should auto email the invoices again. It is too cumbersome to expect users to manually send each one.

New Poll feature
The new Poll feature - like the idea but it needs an area where the folks who are polled could write in comments or other suggestions. Also, we should be able to send it to non members as well. Thank you

Display photo filename / captions in Slideshow
It would be amazing if you could add the option to display the photo filename when in the Slideshow Gadget. Also within the Photo Album Gadget instead of, or in addition to the photo tagging option.

Ability to use "Save Searches" to Restrict Events
We have a need to have events for groups, such as New Members, Anniversaries 5 year, 10 year etc... We currently have Saved Searches Created to identify those members that quality and should be invited to these types of events.
However, I cannot restrict the event by Saved Search. I have to make these events visible to the entire organization. I can however, restrict who gets the emails. Members get frustrated have to filter through events that they are not eligible for, or the number of calls I can saying that they can't RSVP.
If we can send event emails…

membership payments on mobile app for members
There needs to be a way for members and new members to pay for intial or renewing membership fees. If you can pay for events then why not memberships. Seems like they should go hand in hand. Isn't that what Wild Apricot is all about? Membership software?
Last night I sent out an email to our club recommending members download and use the app and the first two emails I got were about this very topic. Please put this into the wish list lineup.

Connect Forums to Tapatalk
The forums cannot be easily accessed from mobile devices, and should either be able to connect to Tapatalk, or another mobile app that allows for mobile access. Or include forum access in the WildApricot Member App

Mobile app view and email by group
Hi - our membership utilizes member directory app that not only allows us to view members by name, but also by group based on filters we created from Wild Apricot (e.g., Wine Club, K2020, Board, etc.). We also have the option to email the group. I would like to suggest this functionality be considered for the mobile app for Wild Apricot.

customize items in store order
We have store items (ie name badges) that members need to be able to specify the name. It would be beneficial to be able to identify/flag these items and then ask for purchasers input.

Recurring emails
I have emails that I send out monthly. A recurring email feature would be wonderful.

when marking an invoice as paid via check, there should be an option to upload an image of the check.

Make receiving an email when you do an export an option instead of automatic. I

Two-stage verification before allowing account to be deleted
A big problem (and our organization has had this happen in the past) is when someone in charge gets disgruntled and deletes the account and information. Is there a way to require at least a two-fold verification process before an account and all information can be deleted...where it takes more than one administrator to ok it or a secondary authorization from the CEO/President/Manager of the organization? I feel our information and our account is uncomfortably vulnerable otherwise the way things are now. There just has to be a better way to protect accounts and the information from accidental or vindictive…
