Mobile app view and email by group
Hi - our membership utilizes member directory app that not only allows us to view members by name, but also by group based on filters we created from Wild Apricot (e.g., Wine Club, K2020, Board, etc.). We also have the option to email the group. I would like to suggest this functionality be considered for the mobile app for Wild Apricot.

customize items in store order
We have store items (ie name badges) that members need to be able to specify the name. It would be beneficial to be able to identify/flag these items and then ask for purchasers input.

Customer Relationship Management System
Love WA, but am starting to look at other platforms that offer some kind of CRM Customer Relationship Management tool. We need a way to track our prospective membership prospects and have it populate our calendar with follow up actions.

Recurring emails
I have emails that I send out monthly. A recurring email feature would be wonderful.

It is not possible now, however it is possible to duplicate email draft as many times as you need and schedule each of them to specific date.

Upload check image
when marking an invoice as paid via check, there should be an option to upload an image of the check.

Make automatic emails upon exporting data optional
Make receiving an email when you do an export an option instead of automatic. I

Two-stage verification before allowing account to be deleted
A big problem (and our organization has had this happen in the past) is when someone in charge gets disgruntled and deletes the account and information. Is there a way to require at least a two-fold verification process before an account and all information can be deleted...where it takes more than one administrator to ok it or a secondary authorization from the CEO/President/Manager of the organization? I feel our information and our account is uncomfortably vulnerable otherwise the way things are now. There just has to be a better way to protect accounts and the information from accidental or vindictive…

Incorporating Expenses into the Finance module?
Apparently this has been brought up previously, about 3 years ago, so I am not the only one who would appreciate this function.
We are new to WA, and I wasn't part of the decision to purchase it, but I am surprised there isn't a way to track expenses in a membership management system! All the money organizations bring in gets spent on something, right? Even accepting payments through PayPal (which we do) generates an expense, as do the events we host, but tracking those expenses and applying them to the respective revenue streams remains a manual task--very puzzling.

Email Open Rate Report Criteria
Add to the report criteria: date last email opened (is greater than, less than, equal to), number of emails opened (is greater than, less than, equal to), and percent of emails opened (is greater than, less than, equal to). This would be a huge benefit to help us identify those who are most engaged, and to weed out those who don't open emails. We use email open rates to help us evaluate the effectiveness of our email blasts and content. If we can't weed out the "dead weight" then we are without a critical self-assessment tool and are driving blind.

adding event registrations later under same email
Members who have logged in to the site and registered for an event cannot return later and add more people to their registered party under that email. It'd be great if you could add that functionality.

Linking spouses
Husband/wife are both members but share 1 email. When blast is sent to only men or only women it may not be received by the appropriate person. Affected members resistant to setting up 2nd email as a work around. Can they be linked and both copied if a shared email address is identified or flagged.

Custom landing page for groups
Just like there is an ability to assign a custom landing page for membership levels, it would be beneficial to configure a custom landing page for groups.

Default values
I'd like to be able to put default values into membership fields that require data entry - not just those with multi-option. In othe words, if a membership field requires entering a dollar amount, I'd like to set the default to be 0 rather than have the field be empty.

Mobile Member App - Restrict Member Level ACCESS
New App for Members could be used by our organization IF I can restrict which LEVELS of Memberships could ACCESS the App. Two of our Member Levels are NOT allowed to see All profile fields of the Owners. Currently, it's ALL Members or NO Members. We need a selection criteria under Allow application for members. Surely we aren't the only organization with this issue.

Everyone who can log into website also can log into mobile app.
Member app shows profile details in the same way as web version, with respect to field visibility settings and level of current user permissions.Wild apricot allows to restrict field visibility to the following:
– show to anybody
– show to members only
– don’t show to othersCurrently neither web version nor mobile app could restrict fields visibility to specific level.

Waitlist for Memberships
Our club needs to maintain a waitlist for membership as we have a membership cap. The current way to work around this is to have a membership type waitlist which doesn't work very well.
It would be nice to see a waitlist for each membership type.

Schedule "Enable Registration" for Events
Add feature to schedule "Enable Registration" to events ; so that events for a month will all be available on the same date and does not require manual work by admins

Give bundle administrator ability to see registrations of their bundle members
we really need is the ability for bundle administrators to at least SEE (if not edit) the events their bundle members are signed up for or have taken in the past. We have a membership with parents and children. And on top of needing to be able to have parents sign their children up for events (but not themselves) we need parents to be able to see the events their kids are signed up for.
