  2. Show member status (active, pending, lapsed, suspended) in the Member Directory

    The membership directory shows all members, including those that are pending, lapsed and suspended. Enable a setting that will allow us to display member status in the directory.
    This will be especially helpful during renewals: members need to know if their membership has lapsed (since some forget to renew or forget IF they have renewed!)

  3. quicker option to linking polls

    is there a way to link the polls that we create? when i go to link something, i am able to insert a website or email address, find a page, or link to an event, but there is no option for me to link a poll unless i leave the page, go to the polls, copy the poll link, go back to the page destination and then link.
    or is there a quicker option?

  4. overpayment

    Event registrants need to be able to apply overpayments on an account (such as created when they cancel an event registration after payment) to a new registration. Currently, they can see the overpayment until they register for a new event, at which time the small on-screen overpayment notice disappears. Ideally, they should be prompted "Would you like to apply your account credit balance (overpayment) to this invoice?" and be able to pay any remaining invoice balance via the online payment method.

  5. Allow clients to change default event registration settings in the app

    Please allow clients to change the default setting for "Include name in list of event registrants" on the event registration form in the mobile app settings. The current default is NO. Our events are ONLY open to members and we need all registrants' names to appear on the list. The previous iOS version of the app remembered the setting once a member changed it for one event, but the latest version (2.0) does not. As a result, members now have to set it to YES each time they register.

  6. need immediate notification when a member posts in a discussion forum

    I recently created a discussion forum and subscribed to it hoping to see when others posted a comment. I now understand that the email notifying me that there has been a post is only generated once per day. I would have thought that it would be more immediate. It would be helpful if those who subscribe could be notified as soon as there is a posting in their forum or in a specific topic. Being notified late at night is counter-productive to having a real-time discussion. Yes, I know that I can periodically check the page for updates but an…

  9. More search parameters for member list

    Love how easy Wild Apricot made the managing of our members. Would appreciate more options for sorting/searching the member list, eg. be able to search for renewals due NEXT month; and be able to sort the member list by renewal date or status.

  10. create duplicate invoices

    We quietly offer some of our members the ability to pay their annual fees in several periodic payments. After creating and saving the first such invoice, I want a "duplicate invoice" option, so that I can easily create identical copies of the invoice and simply change the invoice date.

  11. Allow larger pictures in member fields

    While you can add pictures as a member field, the images are too small to be of any real use. (110x110?) Please increase the image size limit. Other files up to 20mb can be uploaded, why not a picture of usable size?

  12. recurring payments message

    We need an option to remove "No automatically recurring payments" line from the membership (join, renew) forms if we are not using that form of payment. This is confusing to people and may cause them to abandon the process if they fear there may be recurring payments. If I try to remove this with CSS, it merely removes everything, including the description of the membership level, which is undesirable.

  13. Custom Standard Report/Attendance List

    Our Agency needs to be able to run a report/ attendance list for each of our events. The report/ list needs the first and last name of the participant, what lunch option they have chosen, and a space for a signature. The report title will need the name and date of the event. Right now we export and then have to make many adjustments to the report before it is ready.   14. event registration transfer profile

    Allow me to transfer event registrations to another contact, in the same way the individual linked in an invoice can be changed. I often have an administrative professional register one of their colleagues, but it ends up under the admin's account.

  15. Allow Bundle Admins to Add Current Contacts to their Bundle

    This was posted and "Fixed" by the 5.3.8 release in 2016, but the bug still exists.

    Bundle admins cannot add a person to their bundle if the contact already exists in our contact list. They either create a duplicate contact or contact us to enter the proper one manually. Then we have to fix the mistake on the back end. Please fix!

  17. CC emails selectively

    The CC emails to a secondary address is great, but would be much more useful if it could be set to selectively cc. Billing, Event, etc, emails as per the Routing of System Emails setting. This would then solve the "send invoices to the accounts department" issue for B2B associations.

    To be able to create and "event" with time slots in it. We provide our members with some professional services like Reflexology, Podiatry, Tax Clinics etc. We need a way to book time slots (appointments) for these services.

  20. Allow custom domain to be sub-domain, and email domain top-level

    Fix the mismatch between custom domain, which is used to point to the WildApricot site, and the email domain used for custom email address.

    Currently, WildApricot cannot support the common situation in which an org, say acme.org has a sub-domain members.acme.org that points to WildApricot members site, and email addresses of the form xxx@acme.org.

    This cannot be configured in WildApricot, because its TXT/SPF check of the DNS tries to find a record for members.acme.org, when there will only be a TXT record for acme.org, since this is the email domain. This can be easily fixed, by making the TXT/SPF…
