Provide ability to update Credit Card details for recurring donation payments - e.g. expired card
When a contact or member sets up a recurring donation profile, they do not have the ability to update their credit card details and expiration date. They can update their credit card though in their profile for automatic membership charges when they store their credit card.
Please add the ability to contacts/members to update their credit card details for recurring donations.

quickbooks payments export should include the associated Invoice#
In the quickbooks export for payments, Quickbooks Online) wants to have the associated invoice #, so it can match payments to invoices. This can be done by putting the Invoice in the DOCNUM in the SPL row of the the export. Currently, Wild Apricot just repeats the payment number, causing my import to fail. I have to spend an hour manually looking up each invoice/payment and hand editing each SPL line. this seems to be an easy thing to automate.

Membership check-in system to track members visits
An easy way to check-in (and track) paid members, daily. Ideally, this functionality can be assigned to a restricted user (e.g. staff member you do not want to give admin access to). I would also like to pull check-in reports by date range or member. Information collected at check-in: Member's name, number, membership level, # of member attendees, # of guests. Thank you!

disallow reactivation of archived records
We would love to have a configuration switch that we could set, so that no archived membership record could be reactivated by a returning member who is applying for a new membership and using the same email address as the one they had when the prior record was archived!
Perhaps offer the applicant the option of continuing to use the same email address, at which point the WA system would remove it from the archived record and use it for the new record? Or simply give the applicant the option of 1) using a different email address, or 2) contacting…

Ability to send emails to group participants without being Admin
ability for group members to send emails to group participants without having to be an ADMIN. Right now members can click the email link of individuals and send emails to one member at a time from their iphone or other device. It would be great if they could do the same thing to group participants. We have over 60 groups. Many of them meet weekly. They would like a simple way to coordinate activities. Account History Information
Our Board changes year-to-year. The people who first established our account with WildApricot are long gone. It would be helpful to know how long our association has been using your software. When did we first subscribe with WildApricot? What has been the history of our use? Have we upgraded or downgraded to a different plan during that time? What have been the pricing changes since we first enrolled? If that information is already in the Account section, I can't find it.

scheduled emails
Please add an option to schedule the time that your email is sent as well as the date. The Grace Period Renewal email to lapsed members was sent at 12:08 am and annoyed our members who get email alerts on their phones.

Site on Mobile
Viewing via mobile phone (using Chrome or similar) is wonky. You appear to develop for PC then mobile is add on. The world now is vice versa.
Yes, the app (which just gives events and member directory) is good, but most of our members are not historic PC users, they have come via pad or phone. IT doesn't work for them.
Can you improve the mobile feed, or improve the Help files in this respect? I'm spending too much time trying to fix the nice look we have on the site to feed properly for mobiles.7 votes -
Allow advanced searches of members with Admin Mobile App
We have a complicated search set up on web page, but it is too cumbersome to use via website on mobile phones. It would be very helpful if advance searches of members could be made using the mobile app. For instance, security patrol needs to be able to look up owners of vehicles parked on beach by searching for their permit number or vehicle tags. Members can have permits for up to six vehicles. We need to access this type of information and more - on the go.

Track event registrations by source or affiliate
Eventbrite lets organizers use affiliate (aff) codes on event URLs to track the number of registrations by source. For example, we use ?aff=t for Twitter, ?aff=f for Facebook, etc.
We'd like to do the same thing on Wild Apricot, with reporting down to the source of each individual registrant and attendee to be sure we're applying marketing where it's most effective.

Improve Member Summary Data
The member summary list provides very misleading data during the membership renewal period. I know there is a lapse option but we tend to use it as our last resort email a couple of months after the initial request for renewal. During that time the "Active" and "Total" figures are very misleading and can only be accurately quantified by an excel export and pivot table.

Social Media Icons
Is there any way to include social media icons to be linked to social profiles? Is this something that would have to be inserted, one at a time, as separate image gadgets once I download the social media icon images from another site? It would be nice to have this as a gadget, like the website side offers.

quicker option to linking polls
is there a way to link the polls that we create? when i go to link something, i am able to insert a website or email address, find a page, or link to an event, but there is no option for me to link a poll unless i leave the page, go to the polls, copy the poll link, go back to the page destination and then link.

overpayment
Event registrants need to be able to apply overpayments on an account (such as created when they cancel an event registration after payment) to a new registration. Currently, they can see the overpayment until they register for a new event, at which time the small on-screen overpayment notice disappears. Ideally, they should be prompted "Would you like to apply your account credit balance (overpayment) to this invoice?" and be able to pay any remaining invoice balance via the online payment method.

Allow clients to change default event registration settings in the app
Please allow clients to change the default setting for "Include name in list of event registrants" on the event registration form in the mobile app settings. The current default is NO. Our events are ONLY open to members and we need all registrants' names to appear on the list. The previous iOS version of the app remembered the setting once a member changed it for one event, but the latest version (2.0) does not. As a result, members now have to set it to YES each time they register.

need immediate notification when a member posts in a discussion forum
I recently created a discussion forum and subscribed to it hoping to see when others posted a comment. I now understand that the email notifying me that there has been a post is only generated once per day. I would have thought that it would be more immediate. It would be helpful if those who subscribe could be notified as soon as there is a posting in their forum or in a specific topic. Being notified late at night is counter-productive to having a real-time discussion. Yes, I know that I can periodically check the page for updates but an…
