Improve void invoice workflow
When voiding an invoice, it would be good to be able to enter a reason, that would be put in the internal notes. as to why this action is being taken.
At the moment one has to edit the invoice, add the reason, save the invoice and then void it. Clunky work-flow!

Email workflow: Edit subject line before sending test
The new email workflow is a bit weird: entering the subject line on the last screen while the test email button is on the third.
I generally want to see how the whole email looks in an inbox, including subject line.
I have a draft ready to send today and want to do one last test - I have to go back to the third screen?
Also, drafts are not saving as the edited subject line. I copied an old email and edited the subject line but it is still saving as the old email subject line.

Calendar Improvement
Have you seen a google calendar? So much more user friendly. The monthly layout is so much better on Google calendar. We are an HOA and there are lots of activities going on here that overlap. I was hoping

Donation categorization and tracking/management by member
Provide different contribution to types (i.e. PAC and Small Donor Committee). Include in membership record to allow individual member donations tracking by type, and ability to limit donations to categories to satisfy legal requirements. Donation as a advanced search type and reports by donation type by member would provide capability to encourage members and manage the legal requirements.

Customizing the Design of the WordPress Integration Login Page
After discussion with the WA team, it appears that for websites powered by WordPress, there is currently no way to customize the single sign-on screen once a user chooses to log in via the Wild Apricot plugin functionality. The page as it is now is devoid of almost any styling (screenshot from the WA video example attached), and particularly in the case of websites with a prominent design, in my opinion this takes away from the user experience, making the login process a lot less "seamless" than it otherwise could be (if the option to customize the page look and…

Members, Summary - reporting on bundles
Almost all of our member levels are bundles, so having the bundle numbers in brackets for the Total column is good, but it would be really useful on the other columns as well. The dashboard would then be a great quick report for associations like ours.

Manual donations or pledges
A big selling point for my board in adopting WA is that I promised them that we could accommodate all kinds of payments for new and renewing members. I have found two areas where WA does not currently do what I expected:
- for donations, there is not manual payment option, only online. Copy membership levels or copy settings to other levels
Hi,
As an admin, I would appreciate to be able to duplicate existing membership levels instead of starting from scratch. This will ease the work for example if you have 3 levels (child, adult, senior) which share absolutely all the same parameters except for the price.
PS: I apoligize if this is already open, I just couldn't find it. I also apologize if this is possible, but I haven't yet found how.

Automatically update existing links when page is renamed, document or picture is moved
It would be helpful if all existing links within a web site are automatically modified when one changes the name of a page. This would avoid broken links. Thanks

Option to Settle refund/Credit to Donation
If we have to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances.... It would be ideal to have an option in the system to "Cancel all" rather then manually clicking on each one and sending the email to each one. ALSO I would LOVE to have an option to settle the refund/credit on account to a donation if our members/contacts wished to still support us.

Search for File names
Search function within Website ->Files
It would save a lot of time if I could type in a word in a search box on the Files and come up with a list of files that contain that word . Since moving files often makes website broken links, we tend to leave them where they were first uploaded, but that sometimes makes it hard to find photos and documents we want to post on the internet. Admin review of newsletters and email blasts
Allow saved email drafts and newsletters to be viewed by other admins for approval before being sent out. Also, to allow another admin to send out an email created by someone different.
For example:
1. Our newsletters need to be reviewed and approved before being sent out.
2. We should be able to create an email blast and save it so someone else can send it, such as when preparing to go on vacation, or when another person needs to make edits.

I would like to see simplified functionality such as this idea/wishlist voting system to be added into a gadget for use within the WA ecosystem.

Meta tags for blog posts (specifically open graph for Facebook)
I manage the articles of my magazine under the functional blog page. Individual blogs are not editable under page management. I want to insert meta tags for each individual post, specifically Open Graph tags so that my articles can be shared with the correct title and description and not the overall title and description of the functional page. Any meta tags or OG tags I insert in the html of the blogs become erased when I save the html code after the system "cleans up html coding". Inactivity auto logout
I would like to have an option to set a timeout value for users that will cause a logout after inactivity. One way to implement this would be to add a checkbox to the login form fields to be checked when using public computers. It would also be nice for an administrator to be able to set the maximum autologout timeout value.
We would like to have some terminals set up for day-of-event registration use by members. If users don't remember to logout, you have people accessing the accounts of others.

Show address field in Member Directory
Is it possible to have 5 fields in each column on the Search results layout?
This would enable a member address, city, state, zip and country to be in one column, rather than split across 2 columns.
~~ or ~~ can we add the city, state, zip to be one field ?? that would also help solve the address from flowing over two columns.
We currently publish a paper member directory and would love to get away from it by having it available here.
