more data storage
increase data storage from 2GB

I agree. My organization has many large documents and we want to share photos from our events on the website. With dozens of events a year, we never have enough space. I have to use dropbox embeds which makes the site look unprofessional. Is this in the works? Especially with the price hike and when I don't see much new functionality, respectfully.

In todays world 2gig is a joke!! Storage is cheap. With the price increases we see it is time to upgrade storage.

I had to delete a lot of historical files for our club and now we are building back to the 2 gig limit.

We are constantly at 99-100% of data. It costs a lot of wasted resource for us trying to manage this. 2GB in today's world is ridiculous. This is the most critical issue Wild Apricot faces and we like other members commenting in this thread are going to be forced to seek other website options if this isn't fixed.

I can't imagine that we are the only organization that wants to share a lot of documents with our members. Please consider offering an option for increasing file storage space.

I now spend time looking to delete documents to keep under the 2GB storage limit.
I can see comments from 2017 through 2021 on this matter. What are you going to do about this? -

Our Urantia University Pro account is at 1,737 MB so we are approaching the limit of 2GB. We will reach this limit in 2022 and need to exceed it. Does Wild Apricot offer additional storage for a fee? We are happy with Wild Apricot overall, but if we cannot buy more storage, we will be forced to start looking for another system to serve our particular set of requirements. Thank you.

In 2020 2Gb looks miserly. You get more than 10x that with a free Google account. So we have to link off to other sites and take members away from WA.

We'd be willing to pay for additional storage. We need to keep an archive of meeting minutes and other organizational documents. At present, we are storing these docs on a Google Drive and linking from our WA site. This gets unwieldy because we need to give our admins write-access to the Google Drive as well as their WA admin privs.

In response to Dmitry's comment -- yes, and that is appreciated, but there is no central place to see all the member photo albums. We want one page that has thumbnail links to all photo albums. Members should not have to go searching through profiles.

Storage is getting cheaper all the time. Why is the limit so tight?

Member file attachments and photo albums are not included in the limit. So, even when you reach your file limit, your members will still be able to add more files and photos to their applications, event registrations and profiles.

We need more storage space. Our members must upload images of their vehicle registrations to their gallery for verification. Some members have as many as six vehicles. Some members must upload proof of residency or copies of their lease. We are also looking to add QR images for each member ID. We want to keep an archives of these images. 2GB of storage is insufficient.
