  1. Allow ReCaptcha to be used for Wild Apricot customers from China without compromising security

    Please replace google.com with recaptcha.net in the scripts and urls for ReCaptcha or provide alternative source for ReCaptcha. This will reduce the security risk associated with disabling ReCaptcha for customers from China.

  2. Members organise by company rather than bundle coordinate

    The default in the summary table is to show members in alphabetical order based on bundle coordinator, it would be much more helpful if this could be organised based on company name. Also every person is counted as a member but really we are only interested in the number of company members ie bundle coordinators.

    The dashboard appears to show upcoming events, but for some reason does not list the closest event at all (it shows 3 events starting from the second closest). [Account #302711]

  4. Event Registration Process

    I’d like to make the registration process as seamless as possible. Even with the changes we recently made the process still requires clicking through too many pages. Right now after clicking the Register button members first have to confirm their email on a second page, then the registration type on a third page, then their name, phone number and email (again!) on a fourth page, before finally clicking to confirm on a fifth page (and that’s for a Premium member like me who doesn’t have to enter payment information).   5. Pricing that allows small clubs to use WildApricot

    If a club has 25 members, then WildApricot costs $23.04 per member per year. This is far more than a small club can afford. Contrast this with a club of 75 members, WildApricot costs $7.68 per member per year. Is there a way to bring this pricing to small clubs, in keeping with WildApricot's vision to "be the most robust and affordable all-in-one solution for small and midsize organizations"? Perhaps cap the price at $10 per member per year, or charge $.80 or even $.50 per member per month. We do not need a lot of features, just an automated…

  7. Using the same QR Code for multi-day events

    We regularly run multi-day events i.e. 2 day conferences, but we need to be able to check in delegates on both days of the event to make sure they attended. As it's one event, they receive one QR code that can only be used one. It would be great if the QR codes could be checked in once per day.

  8. Widget customization

    Create localized widget customizations. For example, change the background, foreground, and font colors. And have that customization only apply to the specific widget instance. It should also persist through out the related gadget. Meaning that if the Membership Application gadget page that is used for the widget creation has localized settings (content / layout etc. they should be reflected through all the gadget (and thus the widget) components.

  9. Add a field-level attribute that prevents duplicate field entry

    Add a new attribute – something like “Enforce Uniqueness” – to the Common Fields setup window. It can be grouped under the Options heading just underneath the Required Field attribute. Users can tick mark the box or leave it unchecked. Then add some type of downstream verification check, ideally at the Dropdown List Level: When the user clicks into a field’s drop down list, check to see if Enforce Uniqueness is selected on that field.   10. Increase lenght of answers in Polls

    We use the membership poll for elections, which works great! But we also use the poll so that members can vote on proposed bylaws amendments. The body of the poll is limited on space. It would be great if this was not limited. Each question in the Q & A portion is also limited. Could there be an option for an unlimited question text box which would allow us to enter the current bylaw language and the proposed bylaw language the allow the user to vote.   12. Change default mail list from All Contacts to Selected contacts to avoid a mistake

    Can you please change the default radio button when sending Emails to "Selected Contacts" rather than "All Contacts"? People make mistakes and send email sprays far too easily. Selected Contacts forces a next decision to be made which will slow people down and think about where they are sending things.

    Registration for our event is through an external website that certifies attendance. So we are not using the WA registration button. I want to put a link on the Event Page in button format that will link to the external registration site. There is no way to add a button to the Event Details.

  17. Add "is not" criteria for user id

    Use 'user id' as a field that can be excluded in Advance Searches

    Currently if I want to run an advanced search to create a mailing segment for a particular membership level I have to use the field 'name' to create a criteria of 'is not' when building the search. This removes the members with the name(s) specified as you can insert and define the criteria multiple times.

    However, less prone to manual error would be the ability to insert the 'User ID' as a criteria and then have the option to specify 'is not' in the advanced search and…

  18. Event registration field for Age

    We offer many programs for a variety of age ranges and have a field for parents to enter their child's age.
    We would like to make sure a 5 year old doesn't register for a program for 10 year olds.
    So this field would have a minimum/maximum criteria and if not within that range, an error message would pop up with a box "This event is for ages MIN to MAX"

  19. macro for total amount due on renewal (membership fee plus extra charges)

    A macro for the total amount due on renewal for members with auto renewal. (The Contact_balance macro only shows if a member does not have auto renewals enabled / the renewal has failed) It is not possible currently to include a total amount in the renewal reminder email.
