Report for Updates
When emails are returned as undeliverable and the changes are made a daily report of updates made by administrators so the email could be resent would be helpful.
One of the features we are planning for the very next release 4.3 is managing undeliverable emails. System will automatically handle bad responses and mark such emails in contact's email log. Also blasts emails will show overall statistics of failures (not only opens and clicks as they show now). Would this resolve your problem?
