    Workaround from Beardo:

    To restore the old authorization page look:

    /* SOCIAL LOGIN BUTTONS HIDE */
    .WaGadgetAuthorizationRequired .openAuthFormContainer {
    border-right: none;
    max-width: 0px;
    padding-right: 40px;
    display: none;
    }

    /* PADDING TO SOCIAL LOGIN BUTTONS HIDE */
    .WaGadgetAuthorizationRequired .authFormContainer {
    padding-left: 0;
    }

    To remove the login buttons from the member directory personal profiles (at the bottom):

    /* MEMBER SOCIAL LOGIN BUTTONS HIDE */
    #socialLoginContainer, #idSocialLoginContainer {
    display: none;
    }

    Just copy/paste the above and update your “user.css” file.

    Thank for posting. It would help us evaluate this if you could describe a more detailed and specific example of how this would be used.

    Kathy, can you tell us more about this - what is the situation when you need to email/print invoices in bulk? Give us as detailed as example as possible.

    Dmitry Buterin commented  ·

    Is this because they would typically print the invoice and submit for payment at their organization? I.e. they would pay by check and not online?

    Ed, we are talking about renewals, right?

    In WA invoices are generated automatically for each transaction (http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Invoices )

    What would you suggest would be the best place in Wild Apricot to assign account codes ? Each membership level and each event?

    Can you please tell us more about this, give us a detailed example? I am not clear yet how this maps to Wild Apricot. E.g. what part of Wild Apricot functionality you would use for that and what is missing/how it would ideally work.

    Thanks David, this is very useful insight.

    I would appreciate hearing from other users who have corporate memberships - what are your needs and what are the places where Wild Apricot doesn't fully address them?

    I see...There is no automated procedure unfortunately - but this can be done with export/import:

    1) Export all your contacts.

    2) Create new common fields, e.g. if you have City, name new field CityTmp

    3) Import back while mapping existing member fields to new common fields

    4) Check that everything worked (at this stage every record should have two sets of those fileds - new common ones and old member ones)

    5) Delete member fields

    6) Rename common fields, e.g. from CityTmp to City

    Judy, thanks for the suggestion.

    I am curious - why do you keep address fields under membership and not under common fields (Those are included in the event attendees export)?

    Becky - re 'number of emails opened' - do you think a percentage of emails opened might be useful too?

    I am not quite following you, would appreciate more details. Is this about creating custom heading styles people can then apply via WYSIWYG?

    Great insights - thanks for the details. I can see you are applying rigorous analysis and discipline to your email that I have seen in very few organizations.

    We haven't even look at the specifics of how to address this - in any case doing this would mean not doing something else. What we need to do now is evaluate the big picture, how to rank this suggestion among over 2000 other requests we are tracking etc. I am looking forward to feedback from other users.

    Thanks for posting. I would appreciate more details:

    - Are you currently doing this manually/have been doing this before?

    - in what scenarios this would be used?

    And I would love hearing from other users with similar needs.

    We need to understand how common this is to prioritize against all other requests. So far it seems relatively rare - I would invite you to post a more detailed example(s) of how this would be useful, this might help other clients to voice their opinions/support for this request.

    Thanks for posting about this.

    Can you expand a bit - why do you create these directories within an event/how are they typically used?

    I guess in Wild Apricot the solution would be to make saved Contact searches available to select records for the member directory (since Contact searches do have the ability to search by event registration)

    Gill, thanks, these are great suggestions. I have moved this into a separate thread so we can properly collect further feedback, analyze and address this issue. Our original design was based on having maybe a dozens events a year. This is still true for most of our clients but I can now see that a certain segment of our client base has many more event and thus need more advanced tools to view/manage events.

    Gill, thanks for your input. I would love to explore this angle further. What would you say are your top needs to navigate/review the list of events (assuming events are NOT archived or deleted)?

    I agree that this is unlikely to be feasible with Javascript - e.g. scores would have to be stored somewhere on the server and Javascript can't do that.

    Please describe in more detail how this would work and then there are two possibilities:

    1) If we have many other users support this, we would consider developing. Frankly, this is not very likely at least for a couple of years as this seems a pretty unique functionality.

    2) We will start rolling out API this year. For starters it will be to read the data from Wild Apricot. We subsequently plan to add capabilities to write data. This might allow creating a third-party extension integrated with Wild Apricot.

    Are you using online payments in WA - or manual (offline) payments only?
    Also, can you elaborate about Swiss Frank not using cents - I've never heard of that before.
