Inlcude weekday names along with date in the mobile app
Please include the weekday name along with the date in the WildApricot mobile app. Currently, it displays, "25 Feb 2024". I would like to display it as "Sat, Feb 25, 2024". This would greatly help members using the WildApricot Member App to figure out which weekday an event starts.

Fix the accounting period linked to billing date
Fix the accounting period for billing.
Currently the system forces invoices to be produced days or weeks in advance of renewal dates to avoid issues with account status. For example for annual renewal due on January 1 and delinquent on January 31, the invoices should be generated and sent at least 30 days in advance. But the invoice date then is in December or November of the previous year, and the accounting will reflect the income in the wrong year!

Be able to override the default email that Store emails are sent to.
Emails can only be sent to the member login email. For those trying to order Christmas or birthday presents, it is no longer a surprise. Should be able to enter a different email for confirmations, etc.

Edit macro "Invoice details"
I wish you could edit the "invoice details" macro to add start date and end date of membership. Also add payment term to 30 or 90 days.

Allow One Payment for Multiple Contats
Currently you can apply a single payment to multiple invoices for one contact. We deal with several organizations that have multiple members. It would be great if we could apply a single payment to multiple invoices/contacts. Perhaps search by organization then select which invoices/contacts to apply that payment to???

Store functionality - Better Inventory Control/ Orders with no stock as custom order.
We would like to see the inventory feature allow for negative inventory. What we mean is that we have size and colour matrix in our club branded merchandise and we would like to to have our "onhand" inventory shown as available to order for immediate shipping and yet we want to allow members to order any colours sizes they may want and we will custom order for them. Currently if you activate the inventory tracking feature, it does not allow order to be placed for items with no inventory. It will say unavailable. We would like to still allow the…

Event Registration Fields report should have totals and not require multiplication
In the current setup of the Event Registration fields report, it is made unnecessarily complex by breaking out groups of people who bought various quantities. For example we had a lunch option that uses the "extra charge" calculation field, to allow them to purchase 1 or more lunches and the cost would total appropriately. In the report, it breaks out 3 people bought 1 lunch vs. 4 people bought 2 lunches, etc. So instead of knowing the total of lunches I need to provide, I have to multiply and add everything up. Please replace google.com with recaptcha.net in the scripts and urls for ReCaptcha or provide alternative source for ReCaptcha. This will reduce the security risk associated with disabling ReCaptcha for customers from China.

Batch Deleting Draft/Empty Email
I have 30 members with account access to use the email function to communicate with their respective interest group. It's a great tool but annoying in that if you click on "create email", a draft is saved, whether you use it or not. All of the no subject emails add up. Yes, the individual should be responsible to clean up after themself, but doesn't happen. As administrator, I'd like a way to be able to go to the All Email/Draft view and bulk select on more than one email to delete. Seems like Wild Apricot would think this is a…

Members organise by company rather than bundle coordinate
The default in the summary table is to show members in alphabetical order based on bundle coordinator, it would be much more helpful if this could be organised based on company name. Also every person is counted as a member but really we are only interested in the number of company members ie bundle coordinators.

Events widget doesn't show next event

Event Registration Process
I’d like to make the registration process as seamless as possible. Even with the changes we recently made the process still requires clicking through too many pages. Right now after clicking the Register button members first have to confirm their email on a second page, then the registration type on a third page, then their name, phone number and email (again!) on a fourth page, before finally clicking to confirm on a fifth page (and that’s for a Premium member like me who doesn’t have to enter payment information). Pricing that allows small clubs to use WildApricot
If a club has 25 members, then WildApricot costs $23.04 per member per year. This is far more than a small club can afford. Contrast this with a club of 75 members, WildApricot costs $7.68 per member per year. Is there a way to bring this pricing to small clubs, in keeping with WildApricot's vision to "be the most robust and affordable all-in-one solution for small and midsize organizations"? Perhaps cap the price at $10 per member per year, or charge $.80 or even $.50 per member per month. We do not need a lot of features, just an automated…

Using the same QR Code for multi-day events
We regularly run multi-day events i.e. 2 day conferences, but we need to be able to check in delegates on both days of the event to make sure they attended. As it's one event, they receive one QR code that can only be used one. It would be great if the QR codes could be checked in once per day.
