Future revenue report
Would be great to run a report that aligns to a yearly budget - what membership dues are expected in the future. Right now, there are reports for when revenue has come in, but would be great if those reports could also extend out to EXPECTED revenue, for budgeting purposes. Thanks!

Easy preview of membership pages
Testing seems to be difficult with WA. Maybe I am doing somehting worng, but being able to page through all pages without having to go back and establishing a test membership would be great. That way we could test how each of our pages work. A preview function that makes it possible to view all pages and check their function would be great.

Control over email notification for individual units in the online store
Hi, We'd like to be able to sell self-published books for our members. In order to streamline this we'd like to be able to stipulate a third party email to be notified of the particulars of sale, for each individual unit in the store.
That way the authors could remain responsible for delivery and we wouldn't have to collect all their stock and keep it here, or individually contact them every time a unit sells to ensure timely delivery.3 votes -

Multi-Type Registration
I'm finding registrations a tad difficult when I need to offer different prices for child vs adult ticket prices while still being able to take a guest count. We have been creating the child ticket prices under custom fields, but it doesn't count towards the total guest count and I am having to go back and check we don't go over our limits.

wordpress
I've been trying to use the Wild Apricot widget code (which are basically <iframe> nodes that contain JavaScript calls) to embed Wild Apricot lists, calendars, and the like into our sister WordPress site.
The <iframe> widgets are basically useless in this case since we constantly run into cross-site scripting security warnings with all modern web browsers and as a result none of the Wild Apricot features will embed into WordPress pages.
Does anyone know of another way to embed calendars and events lists and such into a WordPress site?
We are not interested in integrating Wild Apricot membership login/sign-on with…

make shopping cart display larger
The size of the cart icon is too small. It is difficult to see, particularly when it is the only way a user can tell they added something to the cart successfully. I would like to see us be able to control more of the size and other features within the shopping cart gadget.

add to cart needs better feedback than only changing the number of items in cart.
When someone adds a product to the cart, the only feedback is that the view cart on the page shows an incremented number. this is so small that people will likely not see it and think nothing happened. There needs to be feedback that explicitly lets the user know their item was added. There are lots of established ways to do this.

Improve UX for completing multiple payments / need for additional product categories for shop
Problem:
When people want to pay for multiple events, they have to re-enter their payment details, deterring them from registering at multiple events and/or register as a memberWhy does this problem occur?
Events are set up as a workaround for having one-time purchases. The shop is not used because the items sold are not physical goods--people are buying ad placements in a journal. From this, we can see that there are two main problems:
- need for a way to streamline multiple payments
- shop needs a way to sell non-physical goods / servicesPossible solutions (though as product…

Bring HTML Editing Back to Emails
Please bring HTML editing back to email creation, and don't block it from any other parts of site creation. It's so much easier to craft the appropriate look for our emails if I can go into HTML to make adjustments, rather than having to exclusively use your imprecise WYSIWYG editor.

Returned emails should be simple forwards or go to manually selected address (not as .EML)
It would be great if WA did not use the EML attachment for returned emails. Could I suggest either:
- Enabling a simple forwarding system (rather than EML as attachment) and also having a log of those system emails in Wild Apricot.
OR (better)
- Allow clients to change the reply-to email address on system emails so that replies and bounces go direct to a nominated admin address instead of the wildapricot.com address.

Privacy violation
We have to have the ability to protect the ID of minors. In Events, mobile app, all levels of administrator have access to at least SEE private info that puts minors at risk. This is a serious violation of the privacy act. When a member joins, the info includes the names of their children who may use the archery range (for example). The only way to manage an event is to give the Event manager admin read only rights, which Also exposes private information of every members family, including minors, addresses, phone numbers & email addresses. This is a serious…

List-Unsubscribe
Some members receive our mail blasts but cannot find them as they automatically go to their spam folder. Using tools like mail-tester.com we are improving what we can in order to reduce the probability of spam classification.
One change that comes recommended is to have a List-Unsubscribe header included in the mail. This is not something we can add, so we're wondering if Wild Apricot could add this header to all mail that already have the {Unsubscribe_Url} macro.

Excluded Email Recipients
When an email is sent to members, there is a number of emails that are excluded because of being disabled or opt out, etc. Please make the ability to see a list of these names so that we can correct any mistakes.
