Daily membership
I'd like to see a daily membership option added. My application for the software is a little different than most but I do see a few similar requests and it doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to add that option. Thanks

Store Invoices to be Accessible by Store Manager
The new Online Store Manager is a very useful feature. It would be even better if the online store manage were able to receipt invoices issued for store purchases. The only way around this is to make the Store Manager a Donations Manager also.

Additional detail on "Order" page
We just started using the online store this year and think that on the "Order" page there should be a tab for the "Item purchased" We have a few different sponsorship opportunities going on and in order to see who purchased what we have to go into each order (which is tedious).

Pay Now button through Wild Apricot/AffiniPay
As of right now, there is no way for me to send a link for a member to pay through AffiniPay that is linked to Wild Apricot. For example, if I send a member a link to pay their membership fees through AffiniPay and they do, I still have to record that payment in Wild Apricot. If WA developed a link from their website to pay for a membership and recorded it when it was paid, it would just save me some steps.

Link Registration Button Externally
Can you add an option to the Simple Event form where it does not require the presence of a registration button or where we can link that button to an external web address? Sometimes we simply need to promote someone else's event (i.e, chapter, partner, etc.)

Registration and Additional fees
I would like to be able to run a list of event attendees who have paid for registration and/or additional fees during registration. Not just that they have paid a certain amount.
I would like to know what they chose during registration that amounted to that cost.3 votes -
Data fields for accounting for each product in WA
provide the ability to add data fields for accounting (eg, account, class, accounting description) to each product, event or other record generating revenue.

Registration limit per bundle member
We have registration types for our events of 2,3,4 & 5 prepaid lunches. I would like to suggest that there be a setting to limit registrations per bundle member so that the group within the orginization can be limited to the amout of prepaid lunches they have on their membership. The others would have to use the $30 option.

Membership proof & LinkedIn
Membership Cards: it would be beneficial for our organization if membership cards could be linked and displayed on a LinkedIn account via their "certification" program: (https://addtoprofile.linkedin.com/) We believe one of the main values that our organization provides to members is the ability to publicly prove that members are active in communities, in furthering their education, and networking in their profession. However, it is easy for anyone to "fake" membership on LinkedIn and we have no control over this. Being able to prove membership (linkedIn badge with link back to our website proving membership periods) would be a huge…

Check In Functionality (Non-Event)
We are a community swimming pool. We need a way for members to check in electronically at the front desk (preferably using a card) and log how many members and guests are checking in. I don't believe WA has this functionality, but I wanted to see if you have any preferred partners or recommendations. One of your competitors (https://pooldues.com) has this functionality, but does not sell that module separately.

Scheduling dialog box missing day-of-the-week indicator
Under event emails, the "Announcements" schedule button displays a modal dialog that shows dynamic help text describing the date of the schedule as "Wed Aug 07 2019 17:15:00" but the "Reminders" schedule button modal dialog only shows "Aug 07 2019 17:15:00" without the "day-of-the-week" help text. Having the day-of-the-week displayed here is actually tremendously helpful given that there is no calendar pop-up to assist with choosing the specific day. ("I want this to go out on the Sunday night prior to the event, but what date is that again??") Can this be added? Thanks

Most Recent Polls At Top of List
Have the most recently created or open polls listed at the top. I want to keep a record of previous polls, because we are doing elections this way, but I don't want to scroll through multiple years to view results for the ones that are currently open or being created.

Automatic email for waitlist cancellation
We use the waitlist to allow people to register for an event, setting the event limit to 1, and entering one bogus registration. This lets us vet the applicants, and choose who to register.
But we have to MANUALLY email everyone who isn't going to get an invite. Would be good if when we REMOVE from waitlist a person gets a standard auto email to tell them.3 votes -

Additional filters needed for Financial income reports
We need to be able to run the income report (to show all invoices issued in the period) and be able to filter by the payment tender to show the portion of an invoice paid by wild apricot payments, the portion paid with a credit on the account, or other tenders and the portion that remains unpaid at the end of any given period. Currently, the income export will show all invoices and the amount paid/unpaid but it doesn't break down the amount of each payment tender. Read-only permission to access files and more
Make a change to administrative features to allow viewing of everything in the admin backend without being able to make any changes. Including viewing and downloading files.

Donations shown on page
It would be nice to allow individual donations to show up ON the donation page. When someone does a charity run there is usually a way to donate and also post a message of support. This encourages others to do the same. Of course you can always choose to donate anonymously but most don't.
