  1. Report of donations and invoice receipts

    I need to be able to generate a report which gives me the TOTAL amount received from a SINGLE member, including donations and receipts from invoices. The only reports I can find only sort by category. The reason is that we are a 501c3 and all contributions are considered to be donations, even those which are payments for membership fees. It would be great if I could see how much every member has paid on the member page, but that page only shows total DONATIONS.   2. De-confuse wording please!

    Happy New Year!
    This is a suggestion for a simple wording change. EVERY person I have taught to use WA gets confused by the existing wording:

    After clicking Email > Templates and selecting a particular template, newbies ALWAYS make the mistake of selecting "Edit Template" instead of "Send email" because they fear that "Send email" means the message is all ready to be sent!

    This confusion can be avoided by changing "Send email" to "Create email" or better: "New email using template"

    Improving customer service?
    Customer service is about giving customers what they want, when they want buy some product from my Business and make them come back to use my service again, in the best possible way. If my business provides good customer, I thought my gadgets are the building blocks of Wild Apricot on my site pages will growing up, Business have a greater chance of keeping and increasing customer base.

    Good customer service can help your business grow by increasing:

    customer numbers through favorable word-of-mouth advertising

  5. Emergency contacts as a separate passive class

    Currently all contacts are counted as the same (and part of billing), it would be nice to allow a W.A. customer to add Emergency contacts such as Electricity, Telephone, Water, Police, FireDept, Poison Control, etc as 'freebie' contacts since these do not actively participate in website and are solely used how to contact. For our small lake (125 members), we have 3 utilities and 7-8 Emergency contacts.

  6. Event Webpage to Event Editing Navigation

    Make it easier to move from the web page presentation of an event and the abiltiy to edit the event. It is often necessary to move back and forth to check out what has been done during editing. This has never been easy but at least there used to be a "Manage tjos evemt" button now you have multiple clicks to get out the Wesite menu and into the Events/list menue and then the event.

  8. Photo Update Horrible

    The new update that forces you to insert photos as gadgets in e-mails is horrible. Clunky, cumbersome, and doesn't work properly. Doesn't allow you to layer the photo on top of a text box, as I need to for newsletters. Formatting is never pleasant, but this "update" makes it that much worse and inefficient. Please go back to the old system that had the "Photo" option in the toolbox menu. This is a huge pain.

  9. Changes to bundles needed!

    I called and spoke to technical support about the bundle option. I have several agencies that I would love to setup using the bundle however, it seems the bundle can only be programmed as a set dollar amount. That is totally useless for organizations that have annual dues for members. We want to be able to give an agency the ability to add employees to their bundle and delete them when an employee leaves but they would need to pay the annual dues for each person as they add them instead of having a set number which they may or…

    We offer expensive classes that we would like the ability to take a deposit to reserve a spot in the class. We would need the ability to set up an event - say $1000 and take a $100 deposit initially and then pay the $900 at a later time.

  12. Member Oriented Mobile App Page

    You need two separate your admin mobile app and member mobile app pages. My members are confused by seeing both because you're still advertising Wild Apricot as a service. I want to point them to a page that is member focused.

    Some of my elderly members get confused when I point them to your https://www.wildapricot.com/mobile-app page because you have "Try It Free for 30 Days" emblazoned in the menu. Even though you state that the mobile app is free, they see the big yellow button and then ask me if they have to pay for the app after 30 days.

  13. European Payments (Maestro, Bancontact, Ideal, Payconiq, ...)

    We really need a better integration for European payment systems like (Maestro, Bancontact, Ideal, Payconiq, ...) either by AffiniPay or Stripe, our current provider

    Stripe support these payment systems, we consider leaving the wildapricot platform for this reason !

    the public view and admin view keep getting interchanged. I cannot be in one and stay in it. it reverts back to admin view. it gets quite confusing.

    We are looking to be able to sell booth space for a trade show along with the tickets to attend the event. The trick is to display an interactive floor plan where potential exhibitors can select, purchase and thus reserve a specific booth(s). Once purchased, a booth would then be unavailable for any one else to purchase and the their company name would appear on the map showing the space is reserved.   16. Waitlist - limited registration questions

    Currently the waitlist can be enabled to have the full set of event registration questions or just a few common ID fields. We use the waitlist to allow people to queue up for an event and that sets the order of who gets the opportunity to fully register. The full set of event questions can make the process slow for some users, so the quick people always get to the front of the queue. The limited set of ID questions is not enough for the organizers to know the registrants' choices.

  20. Invoice Numbering

    Allow client to apply beginning invoice # for each event and membership enrollment period. We have multiple events (including annual Membership enrollment) which overlap each other. Some have same ticket price. This numbering system would allow us to identify payments to specific event.
