Organization custom field and macro
Include the capability to define Wild Apricot Organization level custom fields and corresponding Macros for use inside notifications and email templates. It is too difficult to go back and update some of the names and addresses in every variation of the Member email templates when a change occurs.
Existing fields that come out of the box are: Organization Name, Organization Email Address, Organization URL
Examples of fields my organization would like to have available: Organization Contact Name, Membership Manager Name, Membership Manager Email Address.

File upload database
Please fix the file upload database to sort folder above individual files and enable deleting items and creating new folders/sorting and organizing (as this used to be a capability and it is no longer.)

Please restore the "no layout" option for e-mails!
We have members who receive their mail as text only and therefore find the new block layouts more a hindrance than a help. The "no layout" option is still available for some mails (e.g. "grace period reminder") despite the statement "The No layout layout is no longer available." in the article https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/1693#differences. Please restore the option to choose "no layout" in every instance of the mail editor!

Automatically generate events from an Excel sheet
Our hiking club arranges 50 hikes a month as 50 events. The hike-selection committee makes an Excel sheet listing the 50 hikes and provides it to the event administrator. The event administrator would like to import the Excel sheet and automatically generate 40 events -- rather than manually create each event.
The event page would have an "import" button and create the events.

See what pages a gadget is on when editing a template
Would really like to be able to see what page a gadget is uses on when reviewing a template in edit mode. Had an extra gadget showing 2 pages and the rest of the gadgets where on 44 pages. I wanted to quickly resolve the issue

E-mail Blast ALL Members - Including anyone who Unsubscribed
When we do our membership renewals, occasionally, we want to send out additional reminders or clarifications. This will only reach those who remain subscribed to our newsletters and weekly updates. Anyone who chose to unsubscribe will not receive these e-mails. Obviously, system e-mails still reach all of the members.
There should be a feature where the ADMIN can CHOOSE to e-mail everyone (checked box) even those who unsubscribed. This comes with the understanding if you abused it, you risk your members complaining about too many e-mails. Regardless, I think you should have the ability to reach out to everyone if…

Report of donations and invoice receipts
I need to be able to generate a report which gives me the TOTAL amount received from a SINGLE member, including donations and receipts from invoices. The only reports I can find only sort by category. The reason is that we are a 501c3 and all contributions are considered to be donations, even those which are payments for membership fees. It would be great if I could see how much every member has paid on the member page, but that page only shows total DONATIONS. Allow 0 in allow renewals X days before renewal days
Allow 0 in the "Limit renewal to within --- days of expiration" field in the renewal policy of a membership level. Currently, the field allows positive integers only. The minimum value it accepts is 1. which allows members to renew 1 day before the membership expiry date. My organization does not want that.

If my business provides good customer, I thought my gadgets are the building blocks of Wild Apricot on my site pages will growing up, Business have a greater chance of keeping and increasing customer base.Good customer service can help your business grow by increasing:

Emergency contacts as a separate passive class
Currently all contacts are counted as the same (and part of billing), it would be nice to allow a W.A. customer to add Emergency contacts such as Electricity, Telephone, Water, Police, FireDept, Poison Control, etc as 'freebie' contacts since these do not actively participate in website and are solely used how to contact. For our small lake (125 members), we have 3 utilities and 7-8 Emergency contacts.

Event Webpage to Event Editing Navigation
Make it easier to move from the web page presentation of an event and the abiltiy to edit the event. It is often necessary to move back and forth to check out what has been done during editing. This has never been easy but at least there used to be a "Manage tjos evemt" button now you have multiple clicks to get out the Wesite menu and into the Events/list menue and then the event.

Photo Update Horrible
The new update that forces you to insert photos as gadgets in e-mails is horrible. Clunky, cumbersome, and doesn't work properly. Doesn't allow you to layer the photo on top of a text box, as I need to for newsletters. Formatting is never pleasant, but this "update" makes it that much worse and inefficient. Please go back to the old system that had the "Photo" option in the toolbox menu. This is a huge pain.

Changes to bundles needed!
I called and spoke to technical support about the bundle option. I have several agencies that I would love to setup using the bundle however, it seems the bundle can only be programmed as a set dollar amount. That is totally useless for organizations that have annual dues for members. We want to be able to give an agency the ability to add employees to their bundle and delete them when an employee leaves but they would need to pay the annual dues for each person as they add them instead of having a set number which they may or…

Attendee Self Check in for Continuing Ed
We submit continuing education credits so the ability for attendees to check themselves in with an electonic signature disclosure via the app or website for events would be helpful.

Deposit for Events
We offer expensive classes that we would like the ability to take a deposit to reserve a spot in the class. We would need the ability to set up an event - say $1000 and take a $100 deposit initially and then pay the $900 at a later time.

Member Oriented Mobile App Page
You need two separate your admin mobile app and member mobile app pages. My members are confused by seeing both because you're still advertising Wild Apricot as a service. I want to point them to a page that is member focused.
Some of my elderly members get confused when I point them to your https://www.wildapricot.com/mobile-app page because you have "Try It Free for 30 Days" emblazoned in the menu. Even though you state that the mobile app is free, they see the big yellow button and then ask me if they have to pay for the app after 30 days.
