NextDoor Icon
Under the Social Profile in the Home template, it would be nice to have a NextDoor Icon in addition to the Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc. A lot of neighborhood organizations use NextDoor.

Allow limited admins ability to restrict files
Currently, unless I'm missing something, only a full access administrator can set the access level on uploaded files. Can a future version include the ability of website editors to have this ability?

Registration List Not Visible to Public
We have both public and member-only events. Some member-only events require registration. The list of members registering for an event should not be visible to the public.

A way to notify leaders of new membership in their area
Hello,
Currently, we have members select a chapter affiliation when they sign up in WA. It would be great if there could be a notification sent to specific people if their chapter was selected.
For example, we have several chapters that would like to know how many members they attracted and just have a current list in general. I have to pull up a report every so often to give them a list of members who selected their chapter. It would be wonderful if there was a way for me to set up notifications for each chapter so when someone…

secondary email tracking and login
Secondary addresses will not be listed on the Failures or Delivered tabs.

Allow known person to apply for membership
Allow non-member to apply for membership if they are already known to Wild Apricot. If someone's email is already "known" to Wild Apricot (because they attended an event or paid for something) they cannot apply as a member. We require more info than is in the system but the person cannot login to supply that info until they've been approved. A real catch-22.

Email Improvement
To Field when Creating Emails should be on the Editing page where you are creating all the other message content. I seem to miss it very frequently and send out messages with an old or blank subject line! (Or have an indicator that can tell if the subject line has been verified before allowing send to happen)

Image Quality of Image Upload
The image quality of any images uploaded to your system is completely compressed. For example I would like Student Members to upload their Student ID cards as proof of being a student, but I cannot read their cards because the WA system completely degrades the image. I can also not download this file in it's original size and format. Can you please do something about this?

Event Email Schedule and Recipients-Copy when Duplicating Event
When copying an event, the event email body copies, but the schedule and to whom the emails will be sent are not. This is so easy to mess up! Is there any way the schedule and email recipients can be copied when the event is copied?

Members Print Event Registrations themselves
Ability for members to print out an alpha Registrant list for each event VS scrolling through 10 at a time on website. We have many events over 100 people.

Select email recipients from a filtered list versus having to send to all
When I bring up a list of recipients that have not opened a certain email, or when I am sending to a group from a search, I would like to be able to view all that will receive and be able to click on any names that I want and delete them from the list of recipients. (For example, in the case or re-sending an email that was not opened: If I happened to talk to that individual on the phone in the meantime and don't want them in the group I have no way to remove. Identify event registrants who are not receiving event-related emails
We need a way to identify event registrants who are not receiving emails. We distribute important information about upcoming events.
Currently, if I prepare an email to go to the group of registrants, there may be some who are "excluded because contact is archived, has disabled emails, or has opted out." I don't have a way to find out which recipients fit in that category without going through each recipients email settings. I can't even export the list of people who have received it to compare against the people registered for the event.

Limit event count by total n umber os seats
We need to be able to limit registrations by the total numbert of seats available. So we have a "Member Couple" registration, which is for 2 seats, and a "Single Member" which is 1 seat. We also need to be able to include Guests in the total number of seats, as well as a count of Children.

Change "Public" button to "Members only" button
AGAIN I ask if the button “Public” can PLEASE be changed to “Members”. If not immediately, can it please be added to the next update of Wild Apricot. This one button continues to create confusion, with many folks thinking this truly mean public. Or at the very least, make it optional so clubs can change appropriately. Our (seniors) membership continue to think this mean open to the general public.
I was able to replace the word donation, with the word payment, in most instances, which is what applies in our instance. So I respectfully suggest the same option be available…3 votes -
update email template for renewal
For renewal emails, the ability to apply the default template to selected levels would be helpful. We have 8 membership levels; not all the text for renewal and application are the same. 3 are different. Rather than apply default to all levels it would be helpful to apply to only some levels
