"Email Registrants" option on the admin app
Please consider adding an "email registrants" option in the admin app. I have a few admins that are in charge of events and if an event location or other details change, they will be overwhelmed to email registrants through the browser. Thanks!

include link to privacy policy or other terms in mobile app
It would be great if members could view contents of our privacy policy or waiver other terms and conditions from within the mobile app. This way we could include a link to our club rules and regulatios in the app for reference.

Duplicsate Events
Events (repeating): when in the Event details screen please add a "Duplicate" green buttons. Currently you have to go back to the list, or try and snag the 'Duplicate Event" from the "Edit" Dropdown. Until you finally make it possible to create repeating events AS INDIVIDUAL EVENTS (ie NOT Repeating Sessions) which I devoutly hope you will do soon for communities like ours that have up to 50 events per week which repeat regularly - from Cards to tennis, Happy Hour to pickleball.

Event - delete withut having to open it
I wish the Event List could also be shown as by what's coming up next, rather than the furthest out and backwards. We are a community with a busy daily calendar, and it's a pain to have to scroll down all the way to the bottom (and even go to the box for the next nn-nnn) to check where we are with our schedules / events/ etc -- especially with repeating events

Public Event Registration
Public events
When selecting Public, the system still requires log in to view etc. Not how it is envisioned. When it is set to Public, and Non member/general public should be able to view the event and sign up

Add Attachments to Payment records
Could you add a function to be able to upload or attach a file to the payment records? This way, we could attach a copy of the deposit slip to the payment for future reference.

Additional coupon features
Can discount coupons be tweaked a bit? I'd like them to be able to be limited to applying to only certain extra items as well as membership levels. Alternatively, perhaps a discount % that also has a dollar cap on it, i.e. 20% discount but only up to $100 off total.

Tell me how to sort templates for different views, or names, or date created or something to help me locate them without scrolling and hunting through the list everytime.

Event search by excluding tags
In Admin view, or in the Wild Apricot app, I'd like to be able to filter the list of events to EXCLUDE a tag. For example, I use a tag called "customer" and I'd like to see every event that DOESN'T have that tag.

$ totals on reports
Under Payments and refunds report it should give $totals. For example if I am using it to sum up the cheque deposits for that day I can record cheque payments but have to export to excel to get a sum of those cheque payments for the day.

mobile app member names
Mobile App For Members - Members tab.
Please provide an index on the right side to jump further down on the list (vs. scrolling only by swiping up or down) to find a name. Something similar or the same as Apple provides on a Contacts list.
Sorry if this is a duplicate request... there are too many to scroll through to find out...

Improve Event Calendar display
improve the calendar display: it's backwards in admin view. Should be early to late. Public view should be compressed - 1-2 lines per event so members can quickly scan down without paging thru each month or paging down w/ only 3 show per page.

Map contact fields to shipping address
Ability to map our customer's address information stored in Contacts to the Ship To: address fields that appear when a store order checkout is being performed. Include the ability to overwrite the address if desired by our customer.

We have some content from an external source that we'd like to publish as Wild Apricot blog posts.

"Credit" system to join events
I would like to be able to allow members to register for events using "credits".
These credits could be earned or purchased from the store in bulk.
It would help if users could buy credits in bulk so that the $0.30 fee per transaction would not impact as much users that want to register for multiple events at a time. They could just purchase a credit bundle and use the credits to enter as many events as they desire.
"Credit" names should be customizable for every organizations purposes. (i.e. "puppy points" if you have a dog related organization your members…

Contact email address
When we send out an email, the Organization "From email" address is always the sender. This should be a configurable setting to change this value when sending out emails.

Email AutoCampaign
Hi.
At some point, it would be great of you could set up emails in succession to go out on a pre-programmed basis, and either have the campaign be set manually to go out, or automatically in response to filling out a form.

Add Snippet capability and hide date/authorhsip
Recent Blog Post Gadget. Can you make improvements to it. This would help with USABP. Such as in the USABP Viewpoints landing page. I'd like to be able to serve up the articles with a summary/snippet or first 155 characters, etc to draw people in to the article. I'd also like to have control to hide author and / or article date. Title and snippet is way more current and user friendly for leading them to further engagement. Also, I'd like it so that this gadget would serve up to the public blog summaries from blog gadgets that are only…

Free text fields for buyers to specify order details
Allow users to complete free text information fields as opposed to (or in addition to) fixed lists of specified product options. These pieces of information would be passed to the admin contact (and forwarded to others) as part of the notification email.
We sell services and we need to collect 2-3 pieces of information per service in order to complete orders.
