Sticky Footer
Sticky footer.
For the Whiteboard themes, it would be nice to have a sticky footer. In other words, regardless of how little content a page has, the footer should always be anchored to the bottom of the viewport. Currently, on pages that don't have a lot of content, the footer renders high up in the viewport.3 votes -
Removing Home From Menu
I wanted to remove Home from the Home Page menu since it's redundant. I also embedded a link in the logo that would take the user back to Home.
So, when I removed Home, the word Home underlined and linked appeared next to the logo. And when I removed the word from besides the Logo, it removed the link.
It would seem that I can remove Home from the Menu. but I cannot also have a link embedded in the logo.
Would seem that this should be doable.

Photo Gallery Upload Button Location
Move UPLOAD button to top of Photo Album.
Right now, it is moved to the bottom as new photos are added. This means you have to scroll to the bottom to upload additional photos. Would be great to leave the UPLOAD button in #1 position after new photos are uploaded.

registering member and guest with code at the same time
I would like to have the option to select multiple registrations for the same event. For example, I select "member registration" and "bring free guest"--with option to input code. Right now, I understand that I need to complete two separate transactions to do this. We often have members bringing guests, so this would be really helpful!

Redeeming a discount, adds member to a group
RE: Groups:) It would be great if this feature was available.
When members redeem a specific DISCOUNT, they are automatically added to a specific GROUP which can be assigned by and ADMIN at creation of the discount3 votes -
Member renewal in admin app
I would like to have the ability to renew a member using the admin mobile app. Currently, if a member wants to renew, and we are not at a place with a computer (for example, on a field trip) i have to log into the website and go through the admin section. On a phone, the admin section of the web site is unmanageable.

facebook - "join my list" integration
Please integrate the Wild Apricot member sign up form to function with Facebook's "Join My List" tab -- so that visitors/followers of our fb page can easily sign up for our newsletter.

NextDoor Icon
Under the Social Profile in the Home template, it would be nice to have a NextDoor Icon in addition to the Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc. A lot of neighborhood organizations use NextDoor.

Allow limited admins ability to restrict files
Currently, unless I'm missing something, only a full access administrator can set the access level on uploaded files. Can a future version include the ability of website editors to have this ability?

Registration List Not Visible to Public
We have both public and member-only events. Some member-only events require registration. The list of members registering for an event should not be visible to the public.

A way to notify leaders of new membership in their area
Hello,
Currently, we have members select a chapter affiliation when they sign up in WA. It would be great if there could be a notification sent to specific people if their chapter was selected.
For example, we have several chapters that would like to know how many members they attracted and just have a current list in general. I have to pull up a report every so often to give them a list of members who selected their chapter. It would be wonderful if there was a way for me to set up notifications for each chapter so when someone…

secondary email tracking and login
Secondary addresses will not be listed on the Failures or Delivered tabs.
Please allow tracking of secondary emails. In order to know if they are received.

Allow known person to apply for membership
Allow non-member to apply for membership if they are already known to Wild Apricot. If someone's email is already "known" to Wild Apricot (because they attended an event or paid for something) they cannot apply as a member. We require more info than is in the system but the person cannot login to supply that info until they've been approved. A real catch-22.

Email Improvement
To Field when Creating Emails should be on the Editing page where you are creating all the other message content. I seem to miss it very frequently and send out messages with an old or blank subject line! (Or have an indicator that can tell if the subject line has been verified before allowing send to happen)

Image Quality of Image Upload
The image quality of any images uploaded to your system is completely compressed. For example I would like Student Members to upload their Student ID cards as proof of being a student, but I cannot read their cards because the WA system completely degrades the image. I can also not download this file in it's original size and format. Can you please do something about this?
