Pricing that allows small clubs to use WildApricot
If a club has 25 members, then WildApricot costs $23.04 per member per year. This is far more than a small club can afford. Contrast this with a club of 75 members, WildApricot costs $7.68 per member per year. Is there a way to bring this pricing to small clubs, in keeping with WildApricot's vision to "be the most robust and affordable all-in-one solution for small and midsize organizations"? Using the same QR Code for multi-day events
We regularly run multi-day events i.e. 2 day conferences, but we need to be able to check in delegates on both days of the event to make sure they attended. As it's one event, they receive one QR code that can only be used one. It would be great if the QR codes could be checked in once per day.

Allow 'Apply for membership' button on event registration form to lead to custom link
Hello! It would be really helpful if we could edit the system generated 'Apply for membership' button that appears during event registration, when a user who isn't logged in is registering for an event that has member-only registration types. We were recently asked to edit one of these buttons, as they lead to the first PUBLIC page with a membership application gadget of the website and in this case that page was not the new member registration page that was being used by the organization, but a sponsorship application page. Add a field-level attribute that prevents duplicate field entry
Add a new attribute – something like “Enforce Uniqueness” – to the Common Fields setup window. It can be grouped under the Options heading just underneath the Required Field attribute. Users can tick mark the box or leave it unchecked. Then add some type of downstream verification check, ideally at the Dropdown List Level: When the user clicks into a field’s drop down list, check to see if Enforce Uniqueness is selected on that field. Member to all members internal mass communications
Not sure if it is here already here, but an internal [post login] member to all members communication like a list serve is badly needed. Members can connect with 1 on 1, but a way to communicate to all members wo option in for members to members communications is needed badly!

Allow Button for links in Event Details
Registration for our event is through an external website that certifies attendance. So we are not using the WA registration button. I want to put a link on the Event Page in button format that will link to the external registration site. There is no way to add a button to the Event Details.

Fix the damn polling mechanism
The poll feature offered via the email tab cannot be trusted to pick up the "Poll Description" in a newly created poll. Instead, the automatically-generated email for the poll inserts a description from a previous poll.
This is not something a user should have to figure out. It's something we should be able to count on the system doing correctly.

Events -add "saved contact search"
Would like to add members to a group based on the results of a Contact search, such as creating a group of all members who signed up “Master Wine Tasting” Event.
Contacts>Advance search>Registered for specific event(s) > select> “Master Wine Tasting”…a saved contact search is created (not a group).
As each member registers for the event, the saved contact search is automatically updated.Saved searches are only good for emails and not events (membership level or member groups).
Seems to be a disconnect between contact search and groups. At no point can you use one or the other.

Change to Bundles: Allow the use of Extra Cost fields in the profiles of Bundle Members
Today the system has a limitation: For bundle memberships, extra cost fields will only appear to the bundle administrator, not to individual bundle members.
So if you add the extra cost field, only the bundle admin will be able to interact with it, the other members in the bundle won't be able to.

Add "is not" criteria for user id
Use 'user id' as a field that can be excluded in Advance Searches
Currently if I want to run an advanced search to create a mailing segment for a particular membership level I have to use the field 'name' to create a criteria of 'is not' when building the search. This removes the members with the name(s) specified as you can insert and define the criteria multiple times.

Event registration field for Age
We offer many programs for a variety of age ranges and have a field for parents to enter their child's age.
We would like to make sure a 5 year old doesn't register for a program for 10 year olds.
So this field would have a minimum/maximum criteria and if not within that range, an error message would pop up with a box "This event is for ages MIN to MAX"3 votes -

A macro for the total amount due on renewal for members with auto renewal. (The Contact_balance macro only shows if a member does not have auto renewals enabled / the renewal has failed) It is not possible currently to include a total amount in the renewal reminder email.

Prevent event registrations from changing names automatically in database
Prevent people from changing their name in event registrations that are then automatically changed in the database. Perhaps instead it prompts a check by the admin before the change is made in the database? Examples: Someone used their email address to register someone else, and typing in that person's name changed the name associated with the email address in the database. Also, someone typed in a general org name, thereby deleting their name from the database and inserting the general "My Company's Name" instead. Allow telephone numbers to formatted as links, using the tel: scheme
Our members are increasingly their phones and tablets to access our website. I would like to be able to have a phone number converted to hyperlink in a manner similar to the way that email addresses are converted to mailto: hyperlinks.
Currently, I have to make manual edits to the HTML:
Add phone number
Add link to phone number
Edit HTML to remove / prefix and add tel: scheme.
This workaround, however, isn't available for our email messages because I cannot edit the HTML of an email.3 votes -
Add additional fields to contact/save search
Allow contacts to be searched by donation field/fund so that search may be saved in order to email donors on the status of the campaign.
Right now, the solution is to export the list, create a field in WA, add that field to the downloaded spreadsheet and populate it, upload the data, run the search, save it, then send the email. Each subsequent donor has to be added manually by populating that field in their profile or, if there are several, performing the entire download/upload/search process again.

security status of wild apricot
I am thinking about having this platform independently tested for security before finalizing our transition to WC from our existing platform. Has anyone else done this previously, or can anyone point to some certifications that will give me the sense of security that my members demand?

Display registrants for each Registration-type separately
We are a hiking club with several hikes / Registration-types for each hiking day / Event. We would like to display the registrants for each registrant-type separately. Currently all the registrants for the hiking day / Event are displayed. A registrant cannot tell who is registered for their hike only who is registered for all hikes / Event.
Please add the "Show registrants who want to be listed" selection currently in the Event details tab, to the "Registrant types & settings" tab for each Registration-type.
