Remove tooltips from the menu bar
To me the tooltips are not useful on the menu bar because the tooltip simply repeats the name of the menu item

and worse than that, often obscure items in the menu below.Is there any positive impact they are supposed to have?
If not, I would vote to have them removed (or made possible to remove) in the next release of the system version.

Recent additions to web site
It would be great to have a "recent additions to web site" feature that would simply use advanced search on modified time to list all recent changes to web content.
"Recent" could be an admin specified time interval (e.g. the last week), or more advanced, all changes since the user last visited the site.
In this way, folks could discover new web pages that had been created or modified, in addition to existing capability that just shows new forum posts and news items.

Sign in Sheet
Hi!!
Please consider adding a participant sign in sheet to the event Reports choices. We have groups that require individuals to sign in physically as a proof of attendance. The attendance sheet you have is ALMOST perfect. Is needs a columns marked sign in and adequate space to work for our needs. Thanks for your consideration.

More options for who gets system emails
We'd love to be able to send membership system emails to different recipients for different areas of membership.
For instance, we have two categories of membership: Regular and Associate (service providers). Our Director of Membership handles regular members, and our Director of Associate Membership handles Associate Members.
Currently, all membership system emails go to one recipient (or one set of recipients). This means that either

Ability to add new lists to database
We would like to be able to add new lists to the database, in particular to manage our library and our newsletters. Being able to create a table of relevant fields, including the ability to add records to a table of related events, and tie each record back to the member list would be very helpful. For the library, a list of books tied to a list of checkouts/returns, for the newsletters a list of available newsletters with a count of download attempts. Add website URL to all emails from WA
This may seem like an odd request, but for those of us who design and manage multiple WA sites it can be a big deal. I am an administrator in probably dozens of WA websites, and sometimes I get emails from WA that say things like "Your Wild Apricot account..." or "upgrade your account..." or "...your website..." but nowhere in the email does it say which account/URL it's referring to. It's confusing.

Make number of places left visible on event summary
Now that we have more control over the ability to limit the number of places available for registrations, it would be good to be able to display this information on the event page.
Currently, you see how many places are left as part of the registration process (incidentally, I have had some people advise that this is somewhat confusing as its not clear that the number of places left are not including the current registration - so I have had people contact me not sure if they're registration was successful on account of it saying 0 places left while they…

Format Payment instructions for this event
Is there a way to format the Payment Instructions for an event? Wouldn't that be a valuable thing to do? I can make my event all fancy-like, but when it comes to the payment page I don't get control over how it looks. I'd really like to be able to bold some things or make some fine print.

Easily resizing a picture by dragging a corner
I'm not finding this to be very intuitive as with a wix.com site. I'd like to just insert the picture and than drag a corner to adjust the size. Am I missing where to access an option like this?

Differentiate between Test and Real sent e-mails
It would be most helpful if the 'test email' would be noted as a 'test' in either the subject or body or somewhere to signify that it's a test e-mail. For the 'sender', I think it would be more clear when going back and re-reviewing sent items, trouble shooting listserv issues, etc. The true 'sent' ones look exactly like the 'test' ones. Would be helpful, I believe.

we have search for 'last' or 'current', what about 'next'?
the advanced search capability makes it sooooo easy to search for last month or year, or this month or year, but what about 'next month'? Please add that to the easy-access search criteria.

Make saved searches visible to members at member directory page
We would like to have a number of "canned" common searches available at the top of Member Directory. The Admin creates and saves a search then makes this available to others. Access should be selectable to "All members", and to each of different Admin levels.
We have members who are likely to do the same search and the only option is to give them instructions and for them to create the advanced search each time. Equally Admins are likely to be doing a search for features that they are responsible for eg renewals, this is easier because they can save…

Force Custom Required Field to Be Entered for All Bundle Members at Renewal
Occasionally we add a new custom field to our membership profile page and we'd like to require that this new field get filled out for all members when a bundle admin renews. Currently the renewal process forces only the Bundle Admin to fill in the new required field. It remains blank or null for their bundled members, and our membership is lazy and won't fill out the new field unless the system requires it.

Count of Comments
It would be nice for each members post to have a counter to indicate what number post it is. This way sites could do contests and give away things to the first one to reach 50 or 100 comments. It could help encourage participation.

Exporting of credit card type
It would be really great if there was a way to export the type of credit card used in the payment export. We balance our deposits into our bank account and American Express is deposited separate from all other bank cards. It would be great to export the payments from a certain time period, sort by credit card used and then calculate totals by card type so we can reconcile our bank statements. Currently it is a manual effort.

Add Recent Renewals to Member List Summary
I use the Member List Summary page all the time to keep an eye on current membership numbers, but I would love to see an added column that shows how many members have renewed in the last 7 or 30 days (in addition to the "New In Last" columns).
Because we have a large number of lapsed members in our database, the "New in Last" columns are not always helpful to me on their own, either in terms of giving an accurate idea of recent membership activity, or in easily finding a lapsed member who has recently renewed. An additional…

Transferring sign-in/authentication status to a third party website
We would like to have our members link to outside web sites (for example to access journal article content), using the WA login. The easiest way to do this is using signed linking, which there is no support for in WA. This could also provide a simple mechanism to provide Single Sign-on support using the WA login.
For example, WA should be able to create a link such as:

• pathInfo - the destination of the link
• originator - the name of the service generating the signed link. This would be specified in the link settings.

Event collections report
From email correspondence:
"...As we run multiple events each month the income report is useful but only gives the total income for each even whereas the payment report is separated into the various payment types (ie. My reading of this forum this morning leads me to believe there is no way of extracting blog posts from the Wild Apricot CMS. Is this true? Across the board, meaning even WA staff cannot export the content? Or, a support request to the WA technical staff can solve this issue?

Yearly Committee sign up need
Hi. My organization has committees that change every year. We used google docs to allow people to sign up but some had trouble. I created a sign up on our new WA site but it's not working properly. Is it possible to allow us to create A committee signup list for our members?
