Add option to exclude guests in limit count
We want to create a events where we limit the number of teams, but not the number of total people.
We have a regular ticket price and a discounted ticket price, so we set a limit on the total number of registrations, but currently this includes guests - we don't want to include guests in the limit count.

Make number of places left visible on event summary
Now that we have more control over the ability to limit the number of places available for registrations, it would be good to be able to display this information on the event page.
Currently, you see how many places are left as part of the registration process (incidentally, I have had some people advise that this is somewhat confusing as its not clear that the number of places left are not including the current registration - so I have had people contact me not sure if they're registration was successful on account of it saying 0 places left while they were registering), but it would be good if you could choose to have that information visible near the registration types - this would allow us to create a sense of urgency for the event and potentially encourage more people to register and maybe even to register earlier :-)
If this is implemented, I think it should be optional as to whether you wish to display it or not as I realise that having it display by default will not suit everyone. Perhaps something like the following in terms of available display options:
* Display available places for each registration type
* Display total number of registrations
* Do not displayThanks!

Gocardless system for UK to take Direct Debit
We were contacted by Gocardless UK payment provider, they asked if we can support their system for Wild Apricot, as they already work with several other membership software packages.
We've looked into their development specifications https://developer.gocardless.com/#introduction and we can theoretically develop support for this system, but we're not sure if this is the best candidate so far. For example, we are looking into direction of eWay (http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8827633-e-way-integration-for-recurring-payments-in-aus-n ) and Stripe (http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8827591-stripe-credit-card-processor-integration-16645 )

importing data from other CRM software
currently our organization uses salesforce and has used it for the last 10 years. if we were to transition to WA, it would be invaluable to be able to bring that information over. i don't know what the export file looks like, but i imagine there are many transaction details for each member, as well as renewal information, and notes.

Click column headers to re-sort directory
I would really like to be able to allow users to re-sort a member directory simply by clicking a column header. Right now, the sort order of the directory is pre-determined by the admin who sets up the directory page.
If that's too complicated, then maybe provide a dropdown box with all the visible fields on the directory page from which the user can choose.
As an added feature if you ever decide to implement this, being able to indicate the direction of the sort is useful (A to Z vs. Z to A).

Photo album for each event
I would like to have the ability to add photos to a past event. Or a future event, for that matter! Members would have the permissions to add photos to an event from that event page. So then anyone could view these photos by clicking on the link from the event calendar, and on the side or below, there would be an album (or slide show).
We have events every weekend during the summer, and a couple each month late fall to early spring. Would be nice to have a way to upload the photos associated with an event, on that events page.

Contact Self-Service Proof of Attendance Report
A contact that is not a site administrator should be able to sign in, go to their member page where they can see their profile, privacy, email subscriptions, etc., and see a past events attended list. They should be able to print this page as proof of attendance. So a date range selection, so if I want to print only a certain range of events that would be possible. Once they have the list narrowed down to the desired date range, there should be a print button that would show the list in a printable format and from which they would be able to print. This would be used as continuing education credit proof of attendance. I, as a site administrator, can see this page for all contacts. If contacts can see this page themselves, they can print their own proof of attendance without coming to me to get it. This should be available to all contacts, not just members.

Track donations of goods by donors
We'd like to be able to manually enter donations of goods by donors, with the ability to have multiple donation records for each donor. In this way we could keep track of donors who give items for our yearly auctions, and keep track of what they donate each year. It would be an 'item' record that is manually entered by admin, just like the monetary donation record that is automatically entered when someone donates online, and would be "owned" by the donor record.

Add Spotify and Soundcloud social media buttons
Our organization is a choir and part of our social media campaign involves sharing our playlists and our music. We garner followers on Spotify and Soundcloud and it would be great to have those buttons added to the Social Media gadget.

Variable pricing for additional (i.e. "guest") registrations
I would like to reiterate a request I have seen in various forms in other posts.
There needs to be the option of selecting different prices for "guest" registrations. At most of our events the person registering online brings a guest. Sometimes this guest is also a member of our organization (at which point they should be allowed to choose the "member" rate) and sometimes they are not (so they should be able to choose the "guest" fee.)
We have just moved from using Constant Contact's "Event Spot" as our event registration software and find WA lacking in this area. Through Constant Contact you could choose varying levels of guest registration. I think it is a great model for you guys to look at.
Loving everything else, but this is a BIG problem.

I am Ryan Woroniecki and work on the board of APRA-MD. We host educational webinars for our members on a regular basis as well as bag meetings on site. It would be ideal to use WildApricot to integrate a webinar service such as GoTo Meeting, JoinMe, MeetNow, etc...

Dalpay payment gateway - to support Cameroon
Good morning!
Please I'm coming to you for the issue in subject, to plead.
Our website (eduriche.com) is ready since months but, we cannot use it, just because we are in Africa. I mean the payment gateways currently available on WA global system are all good, but are also all global without Africa and especially without Cameroon, my fantastic country. It is very hard to swallow the reason why thier idea of globalization can exclude a whole continent, with unimaginable potentials and so highly brain gifted like Africa. Why are all these frustration for? They all refuse to deal with us for this following simple and basic reason: Eric, you are in Africa. I have a verified merchant account at Paypal.com with the name of our legaly registered organization but, PayPal says we can use its system only to buy, and not to sell because we are in Africa. Who can keep spending money and get rich without income? Beeing in Africa is not a reason to banished!
So, I’ve been working hard to find a gateway among to listed ones on WA but, in vain. And I then engaged myself in deep researches among tens of millions of websites. And many (almost all) of them are not ready to deal with Africa. I’ve even been asked in advice by many of them to base my Organization in USA, Canada, EU, or to let them rebuild my website, just to get my business accepted for cards processing. But personnaly, I don't see why should I be forced to do so. If WA after doing it's best cannot allow us to accept card on our site by giving us a true global payment gateway, we'll finaly set registration free of charge for all our members. The doors of money may be closed, but the doors of Love is always opened. And that is our site's topic.
But I have something I thing serious for all Africa that I wanted to submit to your appreciation, the way I did to WA's support and tech staff. I think, knowing that I may be wrong, it is a good payment gateway: http://www.dalpay.com .
With fast approval, they accept business from almost every country in the world, including Africa (where they have Ghana and Nigeria blocked for some time) without set up fees, no mothly fees but with comprehensive rates. I humbly think that if WA installs dalpay.com as one of payment gateway our online membership software we all share can be really globally used, because Africa-based and Asia-based Organizations will now have a true opportunity to use it fully to improve and to help. We also have many great and positive things to share with the world! We then need a geteway!
You (WA) once introduce Cameroon in your list of countries just to give to our organization the chance to have a high quality website: this was just after I wrote a short request. I then understood that you were self-committed to help. Please keep helping us as far as you can, until satisfaction, if possible. Please set Dalpay for us, forsaken people.

Expense Reports for EVENTS
I think I saw this mentioned in a different converstaion heading. I would love to be able to add expense reports to event reports. The whole move it over to excel isn't working well for me. We don't have quick books either.
It would be nice to record who we wrote expense checks to from our membership and for what, like an invoice payment that we make to them and for what. Then

Then we could get a better handle on what the event actually costs and if our fees for the event cover the actual costs.
Basically, love the financial reports, but would like to add more info and management to it.

Simplified Membership Fields for Adding Members to Bundles
I would very much like the ability to have a custom field be required for Bundle Admins only (or the single person membership when not part of a bundle). We are a swim club and we need to capture data relevant only to the family (or the individual when not part of a family).
It is awkward for our members when the bundle members each have to fill out a field that applies only to the family unit, and even worse when the bundle admin, during the process of entering or updating their family's data, has to fill out a field repeatedly for each family member.

Viewing gadget in page templates when editing...
Editing in page templates would be much more efficient if the specific gadgets in each placeholder were visible just as they are when editing in site pages. Currently the gadgets are not visible; I have to go back several times to change/check the gadget and/or placeholder. Please make it a priority to give users the ability to see the gadgets in page templates instead of seeing "Page specific gadgets used on 1 page(s)" in every placeholder.

Differentiate between Test and Real sent e-mails
It would be most helpful if the 'test email' would be noted as a 'test' in either the subject or body or somewhere to signify that it's a test e-mail. For the 'sender', I think it would be more clear when going back and re-reviewing sent items, trouble shooting listserv issues, etc. The true 'sent' ones look exactly like the 'test' ones. Would be helpful, I believe.

I am not thrilled with the way invoicing and financial transactions, including multiple payments and refunds, show under a member's record. It can be a little disjointed. It would be better if it was listed more like it would look in an accounting software as a full transaction list. For Example:

Blog Post Triggers Email Blast
It would be efficient to have the option when a blog post is created to automatically email the content of the blog post to the email group that has subscribed to blog updates. Currently, an email has to be manually generated. Thanks.

Ability to change all Pages / System Page Templates at once/in bulk
Hello - this is in regards to Version 5.
It would be nice to be able to change the page template all system pages at once, or be given the option to update all system pages when a new default page template is selected. Currently we have to edit each system page to update it to the new default template.
